Michaels — Local services in Geneva Township

I ordered online for in-store pickup. The employee said she couldn’t find my order and called a manager. Her manager was rude and unhelpful. She told me that after a week the order is canceled and I should receive a refund. I told her its been less than a week since I placed my order. She didn’t even respond to that. I told her I didn’t get an email saying it was canceled or receive a refund. Just blank stares and she told me I can call the 800 number. She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or even offer to help me find the item I had ordered. I’m standing in a physical store, the ones that are closing their doors every day because people prefer shopping online, the one that employees you, you’d think she’d have enough common sense or curtousey to help customers not make their experience...

The friendliest staff ever. Great people and great products went here for terrarium gear and they had so many options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helped me out so much and even tho I didn't realize they were closing up the lady told me to take my time. What a great bunch of people working here. The cashier was also very friendly and even offered to help me out to my car because I had alot of things. Never in any way did she seem I was a burden and I never felt negative in this store at all. I brought my son here before Easter for crafts that the store has for kids. There wasnt a lot of kids but just the right amount for them not to get distracted and finish their projects and have a good time. The employee running the crafts was great with kids, very friendly and made it a lot of fun for them. I would reccomend taking your kids their to split up the crazy park days and slow them down for an hour. There's so many other things inside to get for crafts for them that you'll probably end up doing things at home too. I love to bring him there and the store is always clean...
