This place is the best spot for coffee in Geneva hands down. The available flavors alone are amazing. Sugar free available, and if you havenāt had Maggieās doughnuts (from Middlefield Ohio, some of the best) try a maple bacon doughnut or the Apple fritter. I donāt like sweet coffee so I get a large cold brew with half the normal amount of butterscotch or caramel syrup and itās perfect. The cold brew is amazing, and even more importantly, the espresso shots are TO DIE FOR. They have a traditional slow pour espresso machine that has the best tasting latte shots ever. Really blown away by how great the coffee, service, atmosphere, and consistency here. My only complaint is I wish it was open all year long since I live in town. Itās that good. Clara and Byron have helped us each time and are super helpful with making sure our orders are right. Plus theyāre just super funny, kind, and a treat to talk to. Makes the experience even better. How good is the coffee? Back in the day Starbucks used to have a Clover French press machine that made amazing coffee. In 2018 they stopped using them. This place has a cold brew that tastes like clover-brewed estate coffee for $3.50 (large). Clover (grande) is $4-$7 usually. Writing a review this good after such a weird year for everyone feels awesome. Thanks for the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEdit: the coffee is terrible. Plain and simple. I have never been to a coffee shop that only makes black coffee drinks. Never have I seen a "enjoy our seasonal drinks" then be told it's just black coffee...... This is not a coffee shop that is taking any advice from today's day and age. They are stuck in the past. We have tried this place before and the coffee was just as bad. I highly suggest going down to the little Thai place and getting a good coffee. The staff seemed very friendly and was no issues with service or speed of service just a bad taste literally in the mouth.
This coffee house was definitely putting off a "oh this is going to be great" vibe. Now we got three cups of coffee. One was super easy nothing more than a shot of espresso. The other two where flavored by flavors they had on a list. One was made with the flavor it should have. The other did not taste like it had any flavor in it. I watched her put the flavors in as you can see them work. We may be back to try it one more time and see if they where off their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe owner was extremely rude! I asked for a cup of whole milk for my baby that I would pay for the worker said sure no problem and the owner came out saying no that is just for our coffee! I have never had this problem at a coffee shop before! I will not be supporting this coffee shop again.
The owner explained I can buy a bottle of 2% percent milk. She must not know there is difference between whole milk and 2% when having a baby! She stated whole milk is just for coffee, the rudeness towards a baby was just disappointing as I just bought 3 coffee drinks spending over 20.00. I have never been to a coffee shop that refused to let you buy whole milk for a baby. Donāt come here if you have kids or if you simply drink whole milk ! Not kid or baby friendly. We went to lodge at Geneva after they gave us a cup of whole milk and wouldnāt let us pay for it...
