Yankies Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Geneva

Dirty dirty dirty. Always underage kids there. They also ban you for trying to get a guy kicked out for harassing you. Me and my friends were regulars and loved this bar, but now I don’t recommend it and am glad to spend all my money every weekend somewhere else ! Some of The shots girls that work there aren’t even the legal age to serve!! The bathrooms are always disgusting. Nothing but two stalls with shower curtains and one toilet was clogged with God knows what for two weeks straight. Me and my friends aren’t allowed back and we never did anything wrong. My phone got stolen and a guy grabbed me so we aren’t allowed back. Also , I was paying $3 for the same drink all night and apparently no one can communicate because one of the other bartenders tried saying it’s 5$ when I was paying 3$ all night! How about one price for the drinks ?! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO....

This place is very racist i had family members from out of town they are meixcan with valid Ohio id’s the bouncer would not let them in and told them that the owner does not want that kind inside his bar when there was already a few Hispanics in the bar to begin with but continued to deny these other people from entering the bar Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and also Geneva on the lake visiting center for discrimination I had a few family members enter through the other side of the bar and the other bouncer let them in with checking their ID after the bouncer at the front of Yankees the main entrance realize that the people that were with me were inside the bar he took his beer out of his hand through it in the garbage and threw them out of the bar for no reason when they were not causing...

I recently visited Deep Pocket Bar, also known as Yankee's, and I have to say, it was quite the experience! The place has that classic dive bar charm, which I really enjoyed. It’s a fun spot to hang out with friends, but I was definitely taken aback by the drink prices—$50 for just two drinks!

While the atmosphere was lively and the staff was friendly, I expected a bit more value for my money. If you’re looking for a casual night out, just be prepared for those steep prices. It’s a great place if you’re in the mood for a vibrant scene and don’t mind splurging a little, but if you’re on a budget, you might want to think twice. Overall, it’s a fun spot, but definitely keep an eye...
