Max's Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Geneva

Well I looked at their menu from their Facebook page. It said large pizza was $9.99 plus topping. I ordered two large pizza’s with toppings. Fans were running and I didn’t hear what he said the total was. He ran my credit card and it was $72!!! I told him cancel the transaction I’m not paying $72 for two large pizzas. He said he never did that before and didn’t know how. I said website says large pizzas are $9.99. He replied that’s our other restaurant. So I didn’t have a choice but to take the pizzas. Got them home and it was probably the worst pizza I ever had!!!! Sauce tasted like it had a pound of sugar in it. Pizza was super thin. Pizza was over cooked. We bought two big pizzas spent $60+ on the both of them. They said they ran out of big boxes which I didn’t think anything of til we got our pizza home and it was hot stacked on top of each other with paper in between each piece. We tore the paper off and all the cheese and toppings came right off. You couldn't even scrape it off the paper because it was so thin and paper tore off with it. What a waste of money I don’t know how they thought this was acceptable to do but all that pizza was wasted except maybe top 2 slices. Not happy about that part but service was great and the two young men who owned it were very friendly. We would have called to voice our complaint but no number was listed for business and we were leaving town...

Folks run, don't walk if you're in Geneva craving some pizza. We almost didn't, thinking $5 a slice, we originally wanted a whole pizza.
