Arby's — Restaurant in Genoa Charter Township

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience today . I put an order in on the app and when I went to go pick it up I was told by James the general manager at this location that he had already given my food to someone and that was just that . I explained numerous times that that obviously was not me all he kept doing was explaining the car the women were in that he gave my food too . I asked what I can do to ensure my food is given to me next time and not someone else and he said be here earlier ? For reference I put the order in at 1:30 pm I immediately left my house went through McDonald’s drive thru for me son and then pulled right in to arbys . All that took about 20 minutes . I did call customer service as well for a refund but that doesn’t really matter I wanted my food . Even customer service asked multiple times why they wouldn’t just remake the food . The manager was very unwilling to admit he may have made a mistake and gave the wrong food to someone . It was just an awful experience and here I am 29 weeks pregnant having paid for the food with nothing in my hand and basically being told...

The employee that took my order was pretty blah. Which I suppose I could have excused.

However, what really influenced my rating was the quantity. I spent nearly 7 dollars on a medium 3 piece tender meal. I'm not sure of the exact price, as the receipt ink was nearly impossible to read.

My medium fry was maybe two-thirds of the way full. I'd say closer to half. And the three chicken tenders were unbelievably small!

We went there to get food because we had a long drive ahead of us and we waited 10 minutes in the drive through and when they handed out the order made us a completely different sandwich than what we ordered and forgot the kids meal, so then they gave us pull forward for another ten minutes and then our food comes out again and we checked everything was there and left. However when we got to our food the mozzarella sticks were rubbery and inedible, and most of our food was cold and hard.
