KFC — Restaurant in Genoa Charter Township

So I went through the drive-thru today ordered a go-cup with a side of gravy. Got handed the bag and as I went to set it on my seat the entire bottom of the bag blew out spilling all of the contents over my passenger seat. I picked it all up when inside showed it to the person at the front counter went inside the bathroom and washed off my hands. I came back out and they were apologizing to me and figuring out what I had in trying to get me new food. I asked to speak to the manager. It took him a little more than 10 minutes to even come and talk to me. When he did talk to me he asked me what was wrong. I told him that I was handed that bag and the contents spilled all over my seat and I now have a huge mess in my car and ask what they were going to do about it. The manager picked up the bag and walked away and I did not see him again for another 10 to 15 minutes. By this point I was already late for work so I needed to leave. Still never got to talk to the manager again. So not only did they mess up so bad that it caused destruction to private property but they also ignored me about the entire thing. The food that they replaced wasn't even that good. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a KFC and I will never go back to that...

Great reminder as to why I dont go to KFC. I have not been to one for over 10 plus years due to bad experience with food. And i thought let's give it a try.....menu has a 2 PC chicken and sides for $5.49 ....I went with that option cause I didnt need a beverage. Clerk says let me get a manager....mind you I'm in the drive through.... Manager Scott Gibbson says we cant give you what you ordered because the menu changed. So they have a incorrect menu and a manager refused to take my order. It wasn't until after pulling around I find out it was a difference of 30 cents. I had no problem with a 30cents difference but the price was never told to me before clerk got a manager. I dont think clerk knew how to enter what I was ordering off menu. First take your sign down if you dont offer it....two scott understand what the whole story is before you get rude and say it doesn't matter cause your owner is independent of KFC. Seriously all I asked for was what was on a huge sign. Wish I could attach photos. Interesting that this KFC is not affiliated...

The chicken pot pie I received today with their combo was absolutely delicious filled with delicious chicken, carrots, and peas and the gravy and the potatoes were just tummy filling but the big thing I want to express is the loyalty of KFC is to the Howell football team at Howell high school. This KFC is community minded there are other restaurants in the Howell area that’s snub and never ever volunteer or allow anyone on their premises from the school district to celebrate Howell but this KFC is terrific. This pass 2425 season KFC sponsored the group they fed them. They gave him Discount KFC went over And the football team awarded them with a beautiful picture montage of the football team in their activities and with KFC Sybil‘s plastered all over it was wonderful what a well deserving company as this KFC is in Howell Michigan but the big thing is how classy the Howell football team was so classy for their gratitude to this wonderful sponsor.
