I have never felt more disgust in my life.
It is no surprise that I LOVE coffee. This morning, I decide to go to Dunkin' in Jenison for my morning pick me up.
I see that the drive-thru line is wrapped around the bldg, so I choose to go in. As we go in, I noticed that there are five workers. I immediately prepare to wait. I kid you not, I waited for easily seven minutes before heading over to the kiosk to place my order. I was not greeted at all. I place my order, no acknowledgement. As I finish my order, I see another customer walk in and they instantly greet and take their order. Part of me wanted to brush it off but the other part in me noticed the difference in skin color from the greeted customer and myself. I notice another customer come in and they quickly decide to the kiosk to order. I think cool. Maybe they are in a hurry. Following that a pregnant lady resembling me walks in and it took them eight minutes to greet her.
I understand a coffee place being busy, I’m understanding of being short staffed, I’m even understanding of the fact that at times mobile orders (not accepted at this location) and kiosks are very convenient but I will never understand working in customer service and not acknowledging customers.
I did not want to make this rant based on skin color but this is how it felt. This is NOT ok. I got my order, I enjoyed my order but I was never greeted or even acknowledged in a 20 minute store visit. This is not ok. This is not acceptable. This makes your customers not want to go...

Waited over an hour in line to only get bad service and when I say bad I MEAN HORRIBLE, BAD SERVICE!!! I was super excited to experience Dunkin again since we haven't had one in our area for quite some time (YEARS infact), I mean come on I waited for over an hour in a line. My order was completely messed up on 4 seperate drinks (which 3 out the 4 were the same drink, simple ice coffees), for staff to then offer little and dismissive apologies. Staff working at the time was more concerned with getting me out of the drive thru line to get to the next costumer then correcting the $15 mistake on there end. So I had to eat the cost of there mistake and was left highly dissatisfied with service and product. I will NOT be coming back to Dunkin until improvements are made and they have a better system in place. There needs to be more training in areas of customer service, knowledge of there products and how to speed up service because waiting for over an hour to get a cup of coffee is quit ridiculous and I know I'm not the only person who feels this way. Read moreI visited Dunkin donuts today in Jenison, MI and was met with chaos, dirty counters, tables and staff that could not get anything straight. They said their printers were not working. 3 People who ordered after me, got their orders first. The gal that ordered right before me, asked for a discount and asked where her order was and they gave her a $5 card for future use. I then asked where my order was and they had no idea. I told the gal who took my order that after 20 minutes, I just wanted a refund, that I needed to go. I was ignored and eventually the manager took my receipt from me and I thought she was going to give me a refund, but she went to the lobby to interview someone! ? So I asked again and now I don't even have a receipt and she came back and said you don't have your order yet? I said not and at this point I just want a refund and I need to leave.
