We utilized their larger meeting room and it was fantastic! Also had several items here previously.
Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich: Hearty, but on the lighter side. There was a ton of meat and a good balance of toppings that gave it a delightful flavor.
Ranch Parm BLT Salad: It was a rich and twangy flavor. There was only half an ounce of ranch for half a salad. I didn’t think it was enough until I ate it. It was plenty, actually (I like a lot of dressing). There were plenty of toppings (almost too much).
Spicy Fiesta Chicken: Spicy! But very good. The sandwich looks inviting, happy and cheerful, but gives you a decent slap in the mouth of spice. I can eat a whole jalapeno, but not a habanero to help you gauge it. That said, I THOROUGHLY enjoyed it.
The sandwich overall was hearty but lighter with a good balance of flavors. The bread was a bit tough causing the insides to try and escape, but not too bad. The salsa verde spread was surprisingly good. The corn was a great addition (I am an Iowa native). The cilantro added a great zest, too.
Kettle Cooked Potato Chips: Crunchy and very tasty. Just a basic chip that is done well. I was surprised by this. I didn’t look up the nutrition and assumed (like most chips) they’d be high in sodium, but they are not (75mg, 0.5% of your daily NEED). The potassium makes these chips a great choice, too. No one looks at that and it is a lot more important than you think.
And NOTHING was sacrificed in taste. Either they are lying on the sodium content, or it’s that good. It still tasted “salty” enough for sure.
Steak & Wake - $7.29: The bread was soft on the inside and tougher on the outside (as Ciabatta typically is). The flour on the top was messy and a tad excessive. The egg was standard. The steak was lean and tasty, but falling apart. It was supposed to have white cheddar but I don’t see it in the picture and don’t remember tasting it. Overall, the sandwich was satisfying for my hunger and a good price.
Chocolate Chipper Cookie: Your standard soft cookie done right. It was “melt in your mouth” good, a great texture, and excellent softness. No crunch at all.
Chocolate Chip Muffie: The kids loved the Muffie. They said it was like a muffin that tasted just like a cookie.
Service: You are given an electronic pager that flashes and vibrates when your order is ready for picking up. Mine was ready REALLY fast. The staff was otherwise walking around and picking up plates and other things, which was nice. They don’t do table service, but still pay attention.
Atmosphere: Lots of places to sit and options to choose from. There were booths, tables, chairs, recliners, and more. There was seating on the second floor, too.
Conference room: VERY professional and clean. They label it as a “Training Room” and yet it is an executive class room. There is a projector, solid tables on wheels, comfortable chairs, and appealing pictures and other professional decorations on the walls.
It cost us $75 to use the larger one with 20 seats for 3 hours on a Saturday morning. The smaller one was $50 for the same but 12 seats (did not see it). It was WELL worth it and I was super happy to pay it. Our event we hosted we really well because of the setup.
We did cater from Panera and they carted everything we needed up. They were super helpful and made sure everything was as we expected.
Visited on a Friday at 10am for the Steak & Wake. Work catered the Chicken Sandwich on a Thursday for lunch utilizing the Boxed Lunch option. Also utilized a conference room and catered on a...
Read moreIf i could give them no stars I would. We will never order from them again. Extremely dissapointing. A few weeks ago our boss bought us all lunch and we thought we would change it up and get Panera since it is right by us. The order was ordered at 11am and was for a 1245 pick up. One of our employees sat and waited for at least 45 minutes on his lunch break before he was even acknowledged. Our bosses name was on their list to show that it was still being prepared. After about an hour and 15 minutes has passed after 1245 and it is still not ready. So another employee had to leave to go talk to their manager. She explained that they have a new system and it sometimes will send it to another Panera. She was not friendly, accommodating, nor kind. About 2 hours of waiting she tells us their system sent it to a different Panera and that they can't do anything about it so we had to drive all the way to the other Panera, where we did not order to. After 3 hours and 15 minutes we get our food, that was old, cold and completely not our faults at all. Our employees were missing work the whole time. The manager never offers compensation, or any accommodations, not even an apology. Even after my boss called and she wasn't helpful at all. Extremely dissapointed, and will not be giving them any...
Read moreFirst and foremost I want to say that the food and cashier were absolutely amazing! I think this was the 2nd time ever me stepping foot inside of a Panera Bread in my 43 years, and I couldn't believe how great the food and service was. Dietary restrictions caused me not to have the bread for the breakfast sandwich, but all I really wanted was the sausage, cheese, and over easy egg. Cashier Tracy according to my receipt was so understanding and when I got my food, it was spot on and so good. Please extend my gratitude to Tracy. I really hope the name on the receipt matched who took my order. Then throughout the morning (I had to work from here until noon) Tracy continued to provide the same level of service as my first time. What a breath of fresh air in the industry nowadays. I will say however that the building itself is dated and just kind of okay. For example, working remotely from my laptop, the outlet I was plugged into is a fire hazard. It's loose and wobbly when I tried to plug in my cord, and the electrical was intermittent at best. You guys need to get an electrician to look at your outlets before something serious happens. I don't feel safe ever plugging into that outlet again. Absolute shame because the food was good and Tracy...
