I ordered through the app and did curbside p/up on Sun. 3/10/24 at the Grandville location. That all went well, but what didn't go well is the fact that after eating the Supergreen Caesar and drinking the Bahama Mama smoothie I became violently ill about 3.5 hours later. I felt fine before eating their food. For about 24 hours, it was coming out of both ends of my body. After that stopped, my ribs, abdominal, upper/lower back muscles were very sore. I couldn't get comfortable for the life of me to be able to rest. I still felt pretty ill and had zero energy most of the week. I didn't start feeling on the mend until Fri 3/15/24. I wasn't able to work at all. This totally messed up my whole week. What is even more disappointing is the fact that I called on Mon 3/11 around 1:30 pm (in between running back/forth to the commode) asking to speak with the manager. I was put on hold for a while, then I was told by the employee I spoke with that he would have to take my name/# and the manager would get back with me on Tues. I explained the situation and asked if anyone else had called that day saying that they were ill. He didn't know. He apologized for this happening to me and said that he would let the manager know what has happened. At that point, I had to make another run to the bathroom. I tried to rest for a while. I then called back hoping to speak with the general manager. I did speak with an assistant manager, who apologized and took my name/# and explanation of the situation on a sticky note to be put on the manager's computer. She also offered up a refund. She called her manager and asked her how to take care of that. She was told that she wasn't authorized to actually submit the refund so she'd have the general manager take care of it on Tues. Well that never happened, and I never received a call to see how I was doing at all. Having a food-borne illness is serious. People have died from this. Apparently there was no concern for my well being. As of Fri 3/15, still no phone call or refund. I called and was able to speak with another assistant manager who tried her best to rectify this situation. She called the general manager, who then said that she would call me and take care of this matter on Sat 3/16. As of 1:45 pm today I had not received a call. I then had to call back yet again and spoke with the manager who claimed not to know my name nor the situation at hand. She had a major attitude with me and made excuses for being too busy to get this taken care of. Still no apology from her, nor any concern in her voice for what I'd been through this past week. I'm sorely disappointed with how this establishment is managed, with the exception of the two assistant managers who did their best to help me. They were empathetic and were concerned with my well being. I should not have had to do follow-up calls at all. I have been in food service management before. I know that things can get crazy busy. There is still no excuse for how this was handled, or should I say, not handled! I will never return to this particular...

Didn't have the experience I was hoping for.
My girlfriend and I both ordered a sandwich and shared a smoothie. Our smoothie came out to our table pretty quickly but it took almost 25 minutes to receive our sandwiches. My 1 hour lunch was 40 minutes over with before I even received my food. I contemplated asking for my money back before I even got my food so I could go somewhere else and actually eat before I had to be back at work... but I didn't.
After finally getting our food, a club sandwich and my girlfriends vegan chicken wrap (no cheese), we immediately noticed we didn't get the side orders of chips we asked for and on top of that there was cheese on her wrap. So my girlfriend went up and asked them to make her a new one to go so she could eat it later because it was already 12:50 by then and I had to be back. So she gets her new wrap and we leave.
Come to find out they messed her wrap up again and it had real chicken instead of the vegan chicken.
Now had my girlfriend been fortunate enough to get a refund for her twice messed up wrap, then I wouldn't be writing to you.
When she had called the store the girl who answered remembered my girlfriends order specifically and couldn't believe it still wasn't right. She put my girlfriend on hold so she could get the manager on the phone. 8.5 minutes later the same girl who answered got back on the phone and asked my girlfriend for her phone number so the manager could call her back.
Here we are 6 hours later and nobody from the store has contacted her back. the first time I went in and ordered in in the store, I wassnt sure what the name was because I bought it for my friend, so I figured maybe that one was on me when It came out with no sauce.
I then came back like 30 minutes later after ordering through the app because I wanted to make sure it wassnt my fault. three more sliders prepared without any sauce. ( I made sure it was the right thing in the app). so I go back inside to which I ask the staff ( who were kind ) why doesn't this have any sauce etc. to which they responded " were out at the moment and our boss said to just "make the sandwiches without the sauce"".
I personally thought that that was really unprofessional considering not once when ordering did anyone say, "hey, were out of the sauce that makes the sliders good."
I decided to give another try a couple days later, but before I went to order I made sure to call ahead to see if they sliders had sauce. the staff said yes, so I payed it no mind and wanted to forget about the previous events. when I got my sliders today they came skimpy on the sauce.
