Groucho's Deli — Restaurant in Georgetown

Came through Georgetown to do some business and everything else in the area similar to Groucho’s was closed on Mondays. I wanted to try something different because we have a Groucho’s where I live, but I ended up going there anyway. I ordered a deli sandwich on a sub and as I began eating the sandwich I realized the bread was at the beginning stages of being moldy. I kept tasting the mold, but inspected the bread several times. I can understand the staff serving the bread as there was no visible mold, but management should be more on top of the shelf life of their foods. I couldn’t finish the sandwich with the bread, so I ate the filling bread-less. Very disappointing, I don’t think I’ll be back. The young lady who took my order was nice enough, but the staff in general was young and inattentive, they acted more like they were hanging out rather...

I have always liked Groucho's, so we decided to drive down from Murrells Inlet. We had no reason to come down other than to get Groucho's. We walked in at 7:17 on a Friday night, they close at 8. We were informed that they are "Done with dine in"... Okay I guess we will eat in the truck. Wish I would've known that before, but oh well. The girl working the front could've faked a smile atleast once during the whole transaction, it seemed our business was not appreciated whatsoever. The Big Dipper that I ordered was filled halfway with bacon bits, but there was nothing about bacon on the sub description. Being from Murrells Inlet, we had the choice between going to the Conway location or Georgetown. I have always had good and positive experiences at the Conway location, that's where I will be going from...

Very TERRIBLE customer service!! I placed an order for a club sandwich and was told all of the items that come on this blt club sandwich by this server, received the order, and it was incorrect. I politely asked for the server to please fix a new order for me the correct way like asked, and was denied. I asked the server if she took my order and mentioned to me that the BLT came with turkey breast, ham, bacon strips, lettuce and tomato and she said she didn’t tell me that (even though I asked her two times on the phone if all of these items come on the sandwich).
