KFC — Restaurant in Georgetown

My experience at this location on 8/21/2025 was horrible. Order a 4-piece combo original (2 thighs and 2 legs). When I got home, I opened the box and noticed that one leg and one thigh looked like someone had started to pick at or eaten it. There was no skin on the top of the thigh and the same with the leg. The long part of the leg was bare. I immediately called the location, a gentleman answered the phone. The same guy who took my order through the drive-thru. He remembered me and my order, because I asked for jalopenos, and he said that they were out of jalopenos. I explained to him about 2 of the chicken pieces out of 4. He stated that he would write my name down for two pieces of chicken when I arrived. I told him that I would be there the following week. Last night, I went in and explained everything to one of the cashiers. I told the cashier that I would like to purchase more chicken along with the two replacement chickens. He walked away, and then this lady walked up to the counter to ask me if she could help me. I explained the situation to her and told her that my name should be written on their list. She was so rude. Her tone and demeanor were so unprofessional. She said that my name was not on the list. She asked me if I had a receipt or knew the name of the gentleman. I told her that I did not remember his name, and he did not instruct me to bring in my receipt because he assured me that he would write my name in their book. After debating back and forth, I ended up leaving disappointed in the service, and claimed that it was my last visit there. I do not recommend this place on all levels (food, cleanliness, management, professionalism and the list goes on). The manager said that her name was Rose. I'm not certain if she was honest regarding her name. She was working the evening shift on 8/21/2025. She was a medium-built hispanic lady. I hope they have a camera, so that a general manager...

One of the worst places I been. Waiting to get my order took waiting time while no customers in line. Came to use a coupon all to find out it was not used so ended up paying full price and didn't get my money back. Worste of it all is that the food quality was really bad as you can see the quality of the food and the color shows that the food has been sitting and reheated. We did not finish our food due to the quality. We were told to come back and talk to a Loraine and did not get our money back for their mistakes or even the quality of the food, I didn't bother since they didn't seem to want to do much and paitiance was not in my favor. The staff was not at all motivated to work. No customer service at all and the parking lot being 8:15pm was completely dark. Safety hazard on top of it all. They where notified about the lighting and didn't seem to care much. A lady picking up the order let them know that she almost missed the place because of the no lighting also. Bad business ran by bad employees that don't seem to care at all. I would not waste my time anymore or money. Not worth the stress with these bad experiences. Ordered on the app. Went straight over to pick it up and were there 20 minutes early. All The food was lukewarm to cold. They forgot our biscuits and the dipping sauces. We tried to call at least 6 times and no one answered (just like the other reviewers said). The reason for 2 stars was that the flavor of their chicken is still good. If I had read the other reviews, we probably wouldn't have gone here and we DEFINITELY would have checked our bags before getting home. It's crazy to me that this place has any business at all, when every review recently has complained about these same things and the service is CLEARLY subpar. No one was even in the parking lot and they still couldn't get it right or hot and fresh. I don't understand businesses that allow this type of incompetency to continue and don't do anything about it or to Care enough for their customers to even acknowledge all of these complaints. People are working and paying hard earned money for food that they're not even getting or that is cold. Where's the professionalism and customer service KFC??!!
