Robin has created a sanctuary away from processed foods, lotions, teas, snacks and so many items. In today’s highly processed world, it’s refreshing to be able to make purchases at her woman-owned small business that is not only good for me but good for the environment as well. As for me, being a vegan, it can be challenging to find good prepared foods. Yet she always has options in her store that allow me to take a break in the kitchen! Or perhaps try something new (the date ball truffles are addicting). Not only does it smell heavenly in her shop but you are also always greeted upon arrival. She has different specials and events throughout the year. Be sure to follow her on all of her social sites so you can keep up with what is happening - I admit I had not been doing so and was pleasantly surprised at some of the food items she had in store today.

I get food here regularly as well as some of the other items sold here. Fire cider is a regular staple for me!
Today I had the Japanese Rainbow Noodles which is gluten-free and vegan. This dish is (typing this as I eat) absolutely out of this world Robin, you and your staff outdid yourselves. It is perfectly done and beautifully plated. I highly recommend you check out the ingredients online too many to list here, just divine . I also had the vegan golden mushroom soup also superlative!
If you’ve not been into the shop then I highly recommend it! Five stars all the way

Juices, natural remedies, teas, broths, the adaptogenic latte (my personal fav for stress), clean cooking with vegan options galore.... they have classes (for kids and adults), and I also like that they carry some things from the Georgetown farmers market, in case I miss it. This kitchen really cares about the community. The owner is very knowledgeable, kind, and I've learned so much from her. I can't stop myself from coming to see the new things she has each week....
