McDonald's — Restaurant in Georgetown

Been going in about once a week for a month now and just about every time the guy behind the counter doesn't know how to use the register. He constantly messes up and has to have someone come fix it and still puts our order in wrong. He speaks broken English while trying to get your order and just can't understand you. Last night I ordered a chicken nugget meal (had to repeat myself three times before he got it right) and a doublecheese burger. My husband also ordered a double cheeseburger but instead of adding another one, he just edited the one he put in for me. Every time my husband orders one, the guy tries to just give him a cheese sandwich. My husband has tried wording what he wants different ways, every time and the guy never seems to understand. He's tried saying double cheese burger plain, he's tried saying no ketchup, mustard, onions, or pickles, and he's tried saying just meat and cheese, every time the guy puts it in a no meat, just cheese and then gets mad when my husband corrects him and has to have someone else come over, have my husband tell them what he wants and they have to put it in. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal but something like this seriously happens every time we go in. I guess we will just have to go to the other one farther away just to get our order right. Other than that, the restaurant always looks clean and our food is always hot, it's just frustrating having to spend 15 minutes ordering food for it to still come out wrong because the guy can't speak English nor use the...

This more than likely will be the last time that I go to this McDonald’s over here. The lady asked me and drive through what I wanted to drink holder a sweet tea the lady that was taking my order put it correctly on the receipt. I drove to the second window the lady at the second window asked me three different times and I believe it was a manager what I wanted to drink sweet tea or unsweet tea. I told her 3 times sweet tea. You would think after asked me three different times that she would get it. I drove down the road on the way to a job site and tried to TA and lo and behold it was unsweet tea. I called I have my receipt and I called and then one of the girls tell me over the phone but will have to talk to manager and said I can come back over and get an exchange and it’s like I explained her no like I’m literally I can’t come all the way back over there tonight because I’m going to work. Then she said well tomorrow when the manager gets in the Dell figure out what they’re going to do for you. I was like no I’ve already explained to you that I cannot come all the way over there again. I won’t be back over this way until next Saturday. Well do you still have your receipt I could I said of course I have my receipt that’s why I’m calling you. McDonald’s has gone extremely downhill in the past 15 years. They don’t deserve...

Well this is the McDonald's that I would frequent on a regular basis, but not anymore. I won't go into the full details here because it's pretty irrelevant however there was an altercation at the window this morning that led me to report the employee to the manager on duty. He was extremely rude and extremely insulting when he dropped some things and blamed it on me. Needless to say in all the many times I've gone there and spent money there this one incident will cause me to never come to this McDonald's again and I live less than 2 minutes away. He had the nerve to tell me he had work there two years and he knew how to do things yet what I was telling him is something very simple and helpful but instead of taking it for what it was he decided to be rude and attacking. So again long story short one incident caused me to never spend money at this McDonald's location ever again. I know McDonald's is a corporation will not give a rip about this review but maybe someone will read this and realize you vote with your dollars is little by little it's things like this that cause big corporations to go out...
