I went to the drive-thru and ordered the two sandwiches in a medium fry. When I went to check my order I noticed my fries were not there so I parked and went inside. I told the woman at the register she said it would be 4 minutes for the fries. She gave no apology and I asked if I could have a coke while I wait and for the inconvenience. She held up a small cup and said that I could have water. She said that they are always leaving items from the orders. To which I replied that they were not doing their job correctly. She said that they forget to put things in the bags and turned away. When she walked back I notice she had taken her name tag off so I asked her name. She wrote down "Sally Ross". She then handed me the small cup and said get you coke. When the fries were done she handed me the bag saying that I should notice it was a medium fries. I thank her for that since that is what I had ordered and paid for. She was very sarcastic the entire time and when I left she hollered "God Bless you ". When I got back in my car and ate one fry I nearly choked. They were covered in salt. I will not go back to that Arby's again since she told it was their normal practice to mess up orders and for her rude behavior plus for food that was unbeatable. Avoid them there are several other places to eat where service and...
Read moreMy little sister has just passed away today at 1pm. I'm traveling to N.C. in order to assist with my little sister's burial. On my way there, I decided to get something to eat from Arby's in Commerce, GA. No one spoke or acknowledged my presence when I came into the restaurant. I stood for about a one minute until a polite young man helped me. I specially ordered a half pound roast beef sandwich with extra mayo, two slices of Swiss, lettuce, and extra onions. The young man was nice and tried to be helpful, however not as knowledgeable as the others working there when it came to the register. When I received my sandwich, I was missing one slice of cheese and only had two slices of onion. I alerted someone that my order wasn't correct. When the cook in the back was informed of this, he took two of the SMALLEST pieces of onions, a slice of cheese, threw them in the box and flipped it over. Another employee watched him do this and brought the box to me. I opened it and the employee saw my facial expression and immediately knew that what the cook did wasn't right and offered to get me some more onions. This was order #231 Station K01 4:08pm. I'm not going to eat this sandwich because now I'm thinking that something was done to it. Not...
Read moreMy wife went through the Drive Thru to get a couple of French Dip sandwiches and ordered them with cheddar cheese instead of Swiss because I hate Swiss cheese and she's not crazy about it either (but can eat it if need be). When she got the food home and we took it out of the bag the first thing I noticed was there was no Au Jus. Then I opened my sandwich and saw they put cheddar cheese sauce on it instead of sliced cheese. My wife's was the same. At that point we figured out they didn't give us French Dip sandwiches. We basically got a couple of Beef and Cheddar roast beef sandwiches on sub rolls. Seriously? How do you screw up a simple order like swapping out one (sliced) cheese for another, and forget the Au Jus, which is a staple for a French Dip? Besides that the French Dip ($6.49) is more expensive than the Beef and Cheddar ($5.79). So for all intents and purposes they cheated us out of $1.40 (70 cents...
