I've never been to any Chick-fil-A and been rude to. We ordered one 12 ct. Nugget meal and one 12 ct. Grilled nugget meal and when we got to window I wanted to get more grilled nuggets. A lady manager that the girl at window asked said sure he can buy however many he wants. Reason she said that I guess was bc it was closing time. The thought of buying what was left for any kind of discounted price did go thru my head. So I asked how many was left, then another grey shirt comes to the window and said can I help you. I told him I was already being helped by the lady manager. He said well I am a manager too so what you need. I said more grilled nuggets. He was very rude and after all said and done, when the nice girl working the window said have a good nite , we drove off. I then realized I didnt pay. I asked my babygirl if I paid for it. She didn't think I did either. We then started back around to pay or atleast make sure bc neither one of us remembered paying as I started to put my wallet up and as we get to the window, my daughter said I didnt get my fries. So when the same dude opened the window I said she didnt get her fries. The girl and lady manager said we didn't charge you for fries. Wth... we have ordered the same thing for two + years at least. So I showed them her drink and all and then boy manager said well you drove off without even paying for what you got. Um that is why my wallet was still in my lap...FM isnt it your job to get the money bf you even give drinks. So im furious bc he just got done saying I wasn't charged for fries. That is ludicrous, who gets 12 nuggets meal with no fries and a sweet tea? and I then said to myself, let abbey talk. She told them that was the reason we drove back around was to pay. So now the ahole said well we are closed now and ain't no more fries plus you got what you got without paying. The other lady manager said our registers are closed also. So don't worry about paying. The dude said I ain't worried about you paying for the food. I thought I want what we ordered. Moral of post... my daughter was thinking and has already filled out an application for that to be her first job. Now she says no way I'm working for there for that jerk. Whomever the main person is at commerce needs to check that guy bc like I said I've never been to any Chick-fil-A and been talked to like that , much less made out to be a...
Read moreNever going back to this Chick-fil-A again. This place has not only discriminated against my service dog and I once, but TWICE. I travel from North Carolina to Alabama frequently to see family, so I always stop in Commerce at the Chick-fil-A because they have a nice area for dogs and nuggets of course. A few years back, I came in with my service dog. This employee just stared us down, followed our every move, and made me very uncomfortable. I complained on the website, and got a nice email from the manager saying how sorry she was, and next time I was in town that my dinner would be on her. However, I had such a bad taste in my mouth and didn’t return til Thanksgiving last month.
Since then, I have gotten a 7 month old puppy who hasn’t received her certification yet since she is still in training. Therefore, I keep her in a sling. When we went to the Chick-fil-A during Thanksgiving break, we didn’t have a problem. No one said a word.
Today, we stopped by, went to the bathroom, and waited in line for a good minute. Then, a manager named Pamela asked for to see my service certification (which is an ADA violation to start off - I don’t mind it because I know people abused it), so I showed it to her. She asked me where is Elliot’s (my service dog), and I said that is his. She asked for my puppy’s. I told her, I don’t have hers yet, but she’s in the sling. She told me that I had to leave. I told her that we were here on Thanksgiving, and no one said anything. She said that they must have not known and would make sure everyone is trained. I didn’t argue with her much because like I said I have an anxiety disorder, and I was already embarrassed. So, we left. I talked to another manager outside while we were leaving, and she said she was sorry.
I’m aware that my puppy is not certified yet, but with the temperature being in the 20s, I wasn’t going to leave her in the car. I also still had my service dog with me, and she told me to leave the establishment. It is an ADA violation, and I will be filing...
Read moreI love Chick FIL A's...Just not this location. 4 times in a row my order has been wrong, salads side -ways in bag, no dressing, missing items, and straws. After doing two reviews months apart, the Owner/Operator calls me on her personal cell phone. She basically accused me of 11 bad reviews. Then said after the 2nd one she herself wouldn't keep trying. I explained I didn't do 11 bad reviews. She treated me like I wanted something for free. I told her I didn't want anything free. She then said "I see your last name. Is this because your daughter worked here one day and quit?" I said "Ma'am no one in my family has worked there. " Then she proceeded on to tell me about the young girl with same last name (using her full name) walking out. If that wasn't enough she said to get my order right I should come inside, and request a team leader. I explained that wasn't convenient, and I felt we weren't getting anywhere. She then gets mad and says I'm not showing her grace. I was like "I'm being polite I'm just confused, I'm being accused of 9 complaints I did not write. While also being a scorned mother to a child I don't know." I finally told her we were getting no where. I then called customer cares to see if something was hung up to show 11 complaints. It was a lie! The 8 (total) others were compliments for other locations. One of the craziest conversations I've ever had with someone. Still in shock. I wont tell all the personal things she rambled on about. No resolution! I explained I just wanted to make her aware I ordered salads four times and all of them were wrong, missing items, etc. I'm still not sure she understood. I explained other locations never had issues and I wanted to send in directly to get fixed because I love Chick FIL A. Conversation never went anywhere... Anywhere...I had to disconnect with have a blessed day. ...
