Burger King — Restaurant in Georgia

Came through tonight waited 5 min to place order in the drive thru then waited to get to the window 10min then waited at the window 5 min, only to see that they forgot one of the fries so we asked for the fries and they said they were out… with no offer for a refund or anything just sorry we are out. So we asked were you going to just let us leave and pay for the fry you knew you didn’t give us? The girl just shrugged. I said can we get a refund for the fries then, she said well then I’d have to refund the entire order and didn’t say anything else. I said so what are you going to do because I’m not leaving having paid for fries and you saying you can’t give them to me and can’t refund me. She said do you want something else? And finally 5 minutes later gave us another wrap instead… INSANE LIKE WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS. The workers knew that they were out of fries and still charged us for them anyway… crazy will not be back workers acted like they could care less 3 people in front and waited 20+ min...

Ordered breakfast with a group of coworkers over the phone and picked it up. After receiving food we found that several sandwiches and orders of hashbrowns were missing. No big deal, right? It happens. So we call them and inform them of this and that we were coming to get the rest of our order which they plainly rang up wrong at the register because the receipt was also missing some of the food. When I arrived at the restaurant I was basically told that I was a liar because he (the manager/staff member) clearly remembers putting all of the food in the bag and they had since transitioned over to lunch and were not going to make the food for us. He offered to give me some chicken fries that were extra in their heating unit and some fries (which were both old and dry) and gave me a drink. I worked at McDonald's for several years when I was younger and am pretty shocked by this blatant disregard for customer service. As our impending president-elect would put it - No...

I love Burger King but every time I've gone in the last few months I've regretted it. It has nothing to do with the food, but when someone hands you your food and handles your card with a health code violation on their finger you'll understand. I don't think it is clean to have a thumb nail that is an entire inch long and yellow. I'm not sure who the employee is name wise but it looks as if she grew her nail out and dipped it in grease but I think it's just her nail and it is the reason why I'm never returning to this location. No one wants to be served food from someone who can't contribute to their own personal hygiene. Also, I don't understand how this one Burger King charges me something different every time when I always order the same thing to the specifications. It's always higher than the BK in Cornelia, the BK in Jefferson, and the BK locations in Athens. Not to mention even while it's a higher charge I get a smaller drink and the price still...
