This food is definitely good. But when I went today the young Hispanic guy gonna tell me that he didn’t like I wanted to the fries so he didn’t ask when I asked for a combo. You are charged 3.00 for a combo and he assumed that I didn’t want it. When I asked for a combo in which it states on the menu that a combo includes fries and a drink. He assumed that I didn’t want the fries when combo clearly means drink and fries in which it states it on the menu. Then he gonna tell me I can buy fries. This is very misleading and bad service. When the Asian guy rung me up a few weeks ago I got the same thing and it included fries. Please you go please be specific as I feel cheated out of my money. Sadly I had to update the rating on this place. The food is usually delicious and we'll prepared but this time it was terrible the wings had no seasoning I asked for them extra crispy and they were not cooked correctly the dry rubs had absolutely no seasoning on them. This is not good this was one of our favorite places to eat.Unfortunately there are new employees coming in like today 07/09/24 the woman that was working treated my husband like crap and just threw our order on the counter and left him standing there he didn't even know it was his order because she didn't tell him. Normally someone hands us our order calls out name and everything. Not to owner: please be careful who you hire because your business has always been a place we love. I have been feeling very sick. We actually stopped at the store next door to this facility to use the restrooms. I was hoping to find a fountain drink stand because I just needed a cup of ice. The store only had bottles. I went next door to the wing restaurant. I told the lady I've been sick, and I asked if I could buy a cup of ice. The lady was so kind and generous. She handed me a styrofoam go cup with a lid and did not charge me for the ice. Honestly, I could not thank her enough for being a good samaritan. If we are ever back in this area I will be stopping at this restaurant to purchase some food. Please, support...
