I ordered my food ahead on the way to Atlanta. Instead of choosing "now" I picked a time about 20 mins later (to give them ample time, trying to be thoughtful...) When I arrived after the ready by time, I didn't notice anything sitting out. No problem, I waited.
After about 10 mins, (and getting other peoples food out that had also obviously been waiting) they call out "order for Kenny." Well, knowing how people butcher my last name, I asked if it was Kaney, they said no Kenny. I looked at the bag, but unfortunately it had NO receipt, tag, or otherwise to identify who it was for...I mean how would anyone who arrived afterwards know it was theirs?
Anyhow, after waiting about 10 more minutes, I asked the person at the register if they were working on my order, I showed her the order on my phone and she assured me they were working on it. After ten more minutes, I ask another employee to check. I told them my name and they said they didn't see any order, then they looked down the screen and said the last online order was for Kenny....grrrr.
After 40 minutes from the point which I ordered, I find out that my order had been sitting there this whole time with NO name on it, wrong name called out, misinformation multiple times. Obviously everything was cold. There was no drink with the order, which was another reason I didn't assume the unlabeled order was mine, so i asked for my drink. They asked what size, and I said it was a small. So the (I presume manager) tells one of the employees to grab me a small coke. After all of the terrible service, you would think he would have at least said to give me a large drink or something...but nope.
What a terrible team. I actually chose this place because it had the better ratings of the available Arby's on the way...oh well... Thankfully It's not likely I will ever eat here again.
Also...even if the food was hot, it was not very well made...but...
Read moreJust ordered a bourbon brown sugar bacon steak sandwitch and I honestly had high hopes because the brown sugar bacon sandwitch was really good. First of all, they put way too much sauce on the sandwitch to the point where I couldn't taste the bacon, but there's another reason why. They only put 3 pieces of skinny, pitiful excuses of bacon. Another reason it was terrible because the "steak" they put on there made me want to go vegan, it was honestly disgusting. Also, the crispy onions- well the breading on them was so poorly dine and skinny that thry mineaswell not of put it on there in the first place. The people at Arby's put no pride into making their sandwitches. I came here before another time ordering regular hamburgers with bacon on them, and every time they would bring the hamburger stone cold to the point where all the onions, patty, and bacon were meshed together into one, bland flavor, but I don't know if you can even call it flavor. The only thing good I can say about Arby's itself is the turnovers. If you're looking for a really good turnover, then Arby's is the place to go, but it absolutely does not make up for the lack of quality in their...
Read moreWell, mistakes happen. We're human. Today's drive-thru experience at the Hamilton Mill/Dacula location was very disappointing to say the least. Friendly staff, but at 1 PM the shake machine is broken. Okay, no jamocha. We'll live, right? But, no. I realize just after pulling away from the drive-thru window, no curly fries in the bag! So, I whip back around to the restaurant to go inside with my bag of missing fries and my receipt. The manager apologizes and I am off with my fries. If that were all to the story, I would have given a higher rating. But, about a mile away as I begin to pull out my super roast beef sandwich with tomato and lettuce, to my horror, there is NO MEAT between the bread! Okay, at this point, I do not want anything from this Arby's restaurant except my refund. Full disclosure: the restaurant refunded me in cash and gave me two free meal coupons. I like Arby's too much to vow to never visit this particular location again, but I will be sure to check my ENTIRE order before leaving the drive-thru window and I would advise everyone else to...
