Today, I made an Online order (for the first time). I live 5 minutes away from this store, so it seemed an efficient idea. I made the order online from the stores website, and paid online using Apple Pay. The site said my order would be ready in 5 minutes, do I immediately left my house y to o pick up the order. When I went inside to get my order, the counter person a sad led me my name, which, of course, I told. She then came back to inform me the did not have my order. Did I have the correct store? I showed her my order on my phone, that included the store number, as well as my order. She went to confer with a male person, who stated that he hated the website, and that it “sucked”. I was again told that my Order was nowhere to be found, but I could still make my order in store, except got one problem. On my online order the sandwiches were $2 apiece, and I showed that order to the cashier, which she promptly blew off. I was then told they would fulfill my order, but the rate was 4 for $10, different from the rate I had ordered, and showed the cashier my order online on my phone. The response was simple indifference, and a total lack Of care. At this point, I was extremely irritated, snd tired of this bait and switch scheme the employees were obviously trying to pull off. So I left. If the charge appears on my credit card gor the purchase I made in Apple Pay, obviously, I will vehemently dispute it. No customer deserves to be treated like this, and you should be ashamed. Of course, you won’t be. I WAS a regular customer, now. I cannot see myself returning. You make Popeyes customer service look good, and they are the worst of the worst. Congratulations. Hopefully. Your financial outlook follows your despicable...

He then managed to give me the exact same WRONG tea and I had to turn around and go back! This time there was a car in front of me which put me at a whopping 8-10 minutes I spent in the drive thru!!
