Arby's — Restaurant in Georgia

"Please pull forward into a parking space so we can forget about you and give your order to someone else. Thanks..." That's what they may have well said to me and the 5-6 cars who were asked to pull forward after me. I had to sit in my car for 25mins and watch all those cars pull forward and receive food. I only ordered 3 sandwiches and 3 fries... how does that take longer than serving 6 cars before mine? Finally, a young lady brought out my food. I checked the bag to make sure my sauces were in there when I realized nothing in the bag was what I ordered!!!

I walked in to get my order fixed. When I told the lady that she gave me the wrong order she said, "No I didn't!" I pulled out my receipt and showed her what she gave me and what I ordered. Her exact words were, "I'm sorry I'm so high right now!" Are you serious right now???

I spoke with the manager and she was not pleasant either. She remade my food, but she had a bad attitude about it. She snatched the bag I brought in and chucked it in the trash. Then while making my order told her employees, "Can we hurry this up.. he's over there staring." Loud enough that I could hear. Oh, I'm sorry? Should I go back out to my car so you can continue neglecting me?

Get some new people in this place. They are always misplacing items, poor service, stale tasting food... all little things right? After this experience, Im done with this location.. they should just tear down the building to be honest.. I never see many cars around the...

The only reason I gave this one star is because there wasn't a negative rating. I have never had such a bad experience in a fast food restaurant before. I clearly ordered the food for eat in it even said so on the ticket. When they called my name after 15 full minutes it was stuffed in bags to go. When I said something about it they just laughed and literally dumped it out on two trays and handed it to me. I ordered my salad with no tomatoes. The ticket even said no tomatoes. I think as a joke they actually put extra tomatoes on the salad. When my wife opened her roast beef sandwich to eat it she could not do so because the meat was not even fully cooked. Again this is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to in the 48...

Food was good. Cashier April didn't really seem that interested in taking care of us.Hardly spoke to us,but when these other customers came in after us she was very chatty and interacting with them.Guess cause it was just myself and my husband and the other people had a small kid with them that she just couldn't stop chatting with them and even followed them to their table and interacted with them and the small kid.It was annoying,as we kept waiting for our food to be ready. Then we did finally get our food and magically the people who April was so enthralled with their food came up in no time at all. Just might want to teach your staff to be friendly and helpful to ALL customers not just the one's with...
