"Located in Lawrenceville, GA, Adriti is a cozy pizza spot that proves good things come in small packages. With just one size available—11 inches, akin to a small/medium—it's the perfect portion for a satisfying solo meal.

During our visit, my wife and I decided to double down on the pizza goodness. I opted for the classic Margherita, while she went for the same with an added twist: caramelized onions. The combination was a revelation, with the sweetness of the onions complementing the tangy tomato sauce and creamy mozzarella in every bite.

While the pizzas may be the star of the show, we couldn't resist adding an order of mozzarella sticks to our meal. Golden and crispy on the outside, with a molten, cheesy center, they were the ultimate indulgence.

While Adriti does offer dinner service, I'd recommend it more for a leisurely lunch. The relaxed ambiance and delicious fare make it the perfect spot to unwind during the day, whether you're dining alone or with company.

I love pizza, specifically wood fired! I found out about Arditi from a colleague after discussing our favorite pizza spots in Gwinnett County. He mentioned this place so I placed an order on my way home. I walked in to a friendly staff around 3:40pm which was obviously slow. They made 2 pies for me, all with fresh ingredients, in a matter of minutes. The oven cooking them to perfection in just 2-3 minutes! They’re smaller sized pies, so consider one per person for most appetites. I ordered one Diavola & one Meatball & Funghi. Both were great, the crust is a little softer than I was hoping for, but that did not take away from the experience or the taste. They had a decent amount of tables inside if you chose to stay here to enjoy your food, they also have a nice outdoor patio area with additional tables that could accommodate several more parties. They have several beers in the selection, as well as your normal rotation of soft drinks. This place will not disappoint if you want a quality pie. It is also worth mentioning, they had a perfect health score posted on their wall, always nice to see that. I will be back in the future...

Pizza is good, but there is always an issue with order not ready in reasonable amount of time. I placed an order for 1 pizza, Saturday evening. I was told the pizza would be ready in 40 minutes which already seemed like a very long time for just 1 pizza. I ordered this pizza at 720 pm so based on what I was told, it would be ready at 8pm. I arrived about 10 min early and was told it was not ready yet as it was not 8pm. At 8pm the pizza was not ready. I waited another 20 minutes before pizza was ready. 1 hour is not reasonable nor is it acceptable for1 pizza. But even worse, if the customer is told that it will be ready at a certain time and it is not ready by the time promised, that is a problem. It took another 20 minutes before it was ready. That makes it a terrible all around experience. Every single time we have ordered from Arditi, there is an extreme delay before order is ready. I intentionally wait months before ordering again and when I finally do again, the same exact delay happens all over. There is never any improvement at all.
