ZERO STARS* I've been coming here for 3 years. Maybe it's because the rising in prices of food that has me a bit sensitive on customer service or the lack there of. I stood in line while Cecila waited on another customer. She acknowledged their presence, gave them the total and bid them a farewell. I get up to the register "crickets"...there was no acknowledgement of there is a new customer in front of you, she did not tell me how much my total was, nor did she say thank you, have a nice day or anything. This was how it went for me: She scanned my groceries, bagged them, and handed me a receipt all in silence. Let's give her the benefit of doubt. Maybe she doesn't speak English. The conversation she had with the previous customer was in Spanish. Unfortunately its probably that she only acknowledges customers/ speaks/performs actual customer service...better yet just does her job to customers that look like her or better yet have much lighter skin tones then mine. Needless to say, I won't be back. If you don't do anything else you're going to do your job. Or if not..at least be consistent in not doing your job with everyone. That would have been better. But I won't stand there for 5 to 6 minutes and watch you interact with another customer and then get to me and our interaction is completely mute. On August 27th 2016 I went to the one at 850 Dogwood Road Lawrenceville and had a bad experience with this cashier and other associates. I purchasing Jumex Nectar fruit drinks the price said 1@$0.59 cents each (2/$1.00) for a dollar. I bought 10 dollars worth which is 20 cans. The cashier rang up all twenty cans at .59 each, I pointed out her error and she stated that it was only one particular item that's two for a dollar they were all same brand just different flavors so I took her mistake to the manager he would not even come out of the office, after going through explaining the error Teresa Ani made and didn't want to correct i spoke to several other Associate's from customer service they backed he up even through my receipt shows what the sign said, I just got fed up and return every item I bought there I will continue to shop at my store in Smyrna where to customer service is beautiful and they treat their customers like they're supposed to be treated I'm spending my hard earned money I don't need...
   Read moreI've shopped at this location for the last few months because it's closer than the Duluth location. All of my dogs are on a raw diet and they have great prices here and a variety that is needed for a raw diet, but after tonight's experience I will never patronize this location again. I arrived at 9:43pm and as I approached the shoppi carts an employee said "you don't need a cart because you only have 2 minutes to get in and out". I said "don't you all close at 10?". His reply " employees leave at 10 sir ". I again asked if they close at 10. He said " our sign says 10, but per my manager no customer come in after 9:45 but we re open at 8 am" he puts his hands in my face. At this point I'm visibly agitated and ask him to refrain from putting his hands in my face and he says " I use my hands when I talk" . Lol horrible service.
