*DISCLAIMER. I placed a Grub Hub order ..Idk if Grub hub delivery deliver ate a few wings but this is about the overall experience with the oung gentleman that worked in the front . He was of Asian decent to be exact. Long story short my order was short 6 wings or so and I noticed in the most of eating one of my wings. Naturally just grabbed a wing and noticed and asked my sister about hers as I ordered a 10 piece two different flavors. First mind said take pictures I didn’t because I want to get up to the place ASAP. I called they told me bring the food I get up there and because I’m guessing i ate a wing they thought i was lying. I spent $45 which was my choice I also got chili cheese fries which was correct. I pay for convenience so ok. Long story short no refund didn’t want to make my food over nothing! I ask why did he have me drive up there if he knew that he was not going to do anything for me his response. (I didn’t say we would do that). Correct! But I had my food ordered meaning didn’t want to come out why would I waste my time if your never had intentions on helping. I ask for a mangers number ..he’s the manager of course. I ask for the owner because at this point it was about him being rude to me and wasting my time. He had me waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes (got a little busy i was patient for obvious reasons..trying to remain polite.) He then came up front so I asked about the number again…said he was the owner when i asked after the encounter (clearly not). He chuckled as if it was a laughing matter like just flat out rude as hell. Then says no you can talk to him if you want. Then ignored me and continued to take orders. Acting like this in customer service is insane. I go up to wing city often love their rice. But I can’t go back in there knowing that is what customer service looks like when things don’t go as planned. No refund no wings made over nothing just rude and unacceptable behavior for any business. I have contacted BBB for a complaint because that is how baffled I was at this experience. Remind you they have a 85 (B) y’all are not in tip top shape to where it’s impossible to make an error on a order. If i wanted to go inside i would have went and got my food. They tell you go with your first mind but after working all week let me be lazy and get my meal ordered. I told him God bless because he was a kid clearly but it’s clear he doesn’t care and maybe he is a family member because the way he handled himself was he would have no type of repercussions. Read moreThis used to be my favorite wing spot. The food still tastes great but the price and customer service is horrible. You used to could get a 10 piece wing combo (wings, fries, and drink) for $10. Now it's $16.Not only did the price go up tremendously for lil baby wings, when my boyfriend and I arrived the manager appeared to be sitting in the lobby doing scheduling sheets. We weren't greeted by anybody, even though he was right there. We stood and looked at the menu for 2 mins and was ready to order. Then by the 5th min, still no greeting of any sort. So I asked the manager "Is anybody going to take our order or should we just leave?" Then he goes to apologize. And calls someone from the back. I assume he was family because he didn't know the menu that well and I caught a family vibe.
My boyfriend ordered the fish sandwich they barely put tarter sauce. So I asked for more. He said it would be $.69 for it. I proceeded to bring the sandwich and show him how it had none and he took it to the back to show the cook and the boss went back too. They started talking in a different language and then he (the guy who took our order) came back and gave me a little pod\packet of tater sauce and said that's the best he could do. I guess the cook or manager said no.

Read moreI have been here a few times and I’m very disappointed. If you can refrain from going here then do so!!! I ordered a fried fish salad and when I asked was comes on the salad, I was literally told, mushrooms, cheese, tomatoes, bell peppers, and cucumbers would come on the salad. When I received the salad, it only contained lettuce, tomatoes and bell peppers. Then I didn’t get any dressing! By the tome I noticed I was on route and when I called, the clerk says “did you ask for dressing.” I’m disgusted! The fact that I have to even ask for dressing to go with my salad! That should be common sense. I got my food remade the following day, however, when speaking to the manager he made the same comments as if I should be expected to eat a dry salad. Then he had the nerve to say that I should have brought my food back! One, I was well out of my way and two, that is completely unsanitary! In the food industry you don’t take food back once it leaves the store. You simply remake or refund the customer!...
