It was the Bobby Flay name, reputation and his elevated food achievements that lured me into this Atlanta airport restaurant.

Summary: Customer service from waitress, Tiffiany and Manager, Wanda, was excellent. Breakfast sandwich was most disappointing.

🙂 5 stars for customer SERVICE from Waitress, Tiffiany. (Yes, spelled with 2 i’s), & Manager, Wanda.

🫤One star for breakfast sandwich FOOD.

This is my first and only time in any Bobby Flay restaurant. And just because I had this poor breakfast sandwich experience doesn’t mean that all the food is poor; It was just one of those things. Everyone has a bad day once in a while. I still encourage the reader to go into this restaurant and try the food and experience the great customer service.

Further Details for the Inquiring Mind: About the 1-Star Breakfast Food: Very disappointed in the “Breakfast Turkey Sausage Sandwich”, $12.75, (menu description: soft, scrambled egg, turkey, sausage, American cheese, special sauce, potato chips, brioche bun).

Cold bun. Brioche bread was not fluffy as in the pictures but flattened. No special sauce so dry to taste, with 2 dry-ish, thin turkey patties. Few, and broken pieces of potato chips thrown around this poor example of a breakfast sandwich. Whomever was in the kitchen just wasn’t having a good day or was a new employee or was not properly trained to produce a decent breakfast sandwich with the Bobby Flay name.

Excellent Customer Service: Tiffiany, the waitress, was polite, personable, authentic and sincere in her apology for the quality of the food. Thank you Tiffiany!

Wanda, the Manager was calm, professional and very sorry to hear that I was disappointed in the breakfast sandwich. Wanda promptly offered a heartfelt apology and promised to talk to the kitchen staff to improve the processlistened as I explained my food experience. so that she could meet with the Kitchen staff and discover how to avoid this kind of poor food experience the next time.

In addition to sincere apologies they also insisted that there be no charge for the breakfast sandwich, which I really appreciated. Thank you,...

I have watched Bobby Flay on Food network for decades. I'm a big fan but never thought I would care much for his dishes. He has a tendency to cover his proteins with fruit. Not my personal choice. However, he's hailed as a master at burgers. When I stumbled across Bobby's Burger Palace at the Atlanta airport, I looked at the menu. Everything looked pretty normal so i decided to try a burger. I went in to order and was told they were only serving breakfast. I was so disappointed, apologized to the hostess for wasting her time, and started to walk away. She said, "Wait. What were you wanting?" I said, "I was really looking forward to trying the Bacon Crunch Burger but I guess I missed out. Bad timing. My fault." She said, "We can make that happen. What would you like with it?" I was stunned and super excited! I now understand why Bobby is praised for his burgers. It was nothing fancy, just good quality ingredients treated correctly and allowed to be the best they could be. The bun was soft and tasty but sturdy enough for the job it had to do. The burger was the same size as the bun and not overly thick to allow for other accoutrements to fit. It was seared on all sides and cooked to a perfect medium temperature. The cheese was completely melted over the burger. The bacon was REAL bacon. Not that thin sliced fat that most joints use to give you bacon-scented burgers. There were 2 slices of thick-cut hickory smoked bacon. It was all topped off with a handful of potato chips under the top bun. It was, hands down, the best burger of my life! If you have the chance to dine...

Ok, Bobby... if you monitor these... I have such a mixed review!

The food... was awesome. Idk how fast food can taste fresh and good quality, but you pulled it off!!

I got the Brunch Burger. Online there is listed the L.A. burger, which is what I was going to get, but they don't offer it at the Atlanta International Airport location. I asked to add lettuce and Bobby Sauce. The extras weren't added. I did flag down a different staff member, as our server never came back after taking our orders. The staff member gave me a very distinct "I'm not your server" look, and seriously considered ignoring my ask. I have to say. He did eventually come back, give me the sauce, and said "your server will be with you soon"... I thought "no he won't"....lol but smiled and said thank you. The burger... was great!! The peppery spice is exactly what I'd expect from Bobby Flay and the sauce was so good!! I also got a cookies N cream milkshake, which was wonderful as well.

My husband got the Bacon Crunch Burger. He says it was awesome too! He got onion rings on the side... they were crunchy and perfectly seasoned. He also got a pistachio milkshake that he loved.

The atmosphere was very decorated but just dirty. Needed some attention. The table top we were seated at was clean though. There were 2 or 3 broken stools at the bar as well with print off signs. Of note...it was not terribly busy.

I've watched Bobby for a long long time... and he'd be disappointed in the service and nonchalant attitude of the staff. He'd also not be happy with the dirty floors and broken...

The location is in the terminal at the airport, concourse B, (B26), I would have ranked 4 stars for the atmosphere, but because of how cramped terminal restaurants are, it is the only reason for a 3. The server staff was tremendous, in making sure patrons are able to get in, and when traveling as a family they really go above and beyond to attempt to have family placed together, additionally they checked in frequently on food arrival, as well as made sure the dining experience was good throughout. I had the CrunchBurger, medium well, and my kids had the Brunch burger, one well with fried egg, and one medium with over easy, my hubby had a bacon burger well done. We also had vanilla shakes, sweet tea. If you like Southern Sweet, it's here, the vanilla shake's notes of vanilla bean were present too. As if that weren't enough, we had an order of sweet potato fries, bacon cheddar fries, and an order of plain. The sweet potato fries are served with honey mustard, and the hint of horseradish gave the dip the kick I like. The ranch was tasty, and the house sauce served with my burger was yummy too. We left VERY satisfied and ready to take flight. I highly recommend a stop in if you can. It is absolutely worth it! Sorry, there are no food photos, but I'll be sure to take 'em next time.

Chef Flay likely never goes through the Atlanta airport as I imagine he has a personal jet for his travels. If he did stop in and check in on this establishment he would find slow, incompetent, and uncaring workers tarnishing his name. I would not want my name anywhere near a place that stops taking orders for 30 minutes without an explanation to the travelers waiting in line and in a rush to make their next flight watching 10 workers scramble to take care of 4 tables(see the pics). I would not want my name near a place that serves mediocre burgers with cold fries and average “fry” sauce. I would not want my name near a place that considers jalapeños “gourmet” enough for a “philly” burger that is crying for traditional hot pepper relish. I don’t blame Chef Flay because he is just trying to make a buck and likely let’s accountants run his menu. It is unfortunate when a Chef and restauranteur lets this happen though. This is when the Chef stops caring about quality and only considers the bottom line. Oh well…maybe they should change their name to the exec who got to buy a yacht this year off of a 71 dollar overpriced collection of terrible food.
