Bojangles — Restaurant in Georgia

I received one of three of my worst fast food experiences in my life from this restaurant. I’d like to start by saying that crew member name “sanaya” and manager “sha” contributed mostly to my horrible experience with this company . I was rushed at the window, and rudely interrupted several times before my order was completed and told to pull around to the second window. I tried to order Bo’Berry biscuits when I pulled around just to get an attitude about them only having ONE available . My cups had drink all over them, so I asked to speak to a manager . I told the manager that my experience today was horrible, i was rushed to order, received an attitude from “sanaya” about not being able to order boberry biscuits and the fact that she didn’t clean the excessive Mountain Dew on the cup before serving it out the window! To my surprise she didn’t care one bit and asked me to pull up. That’s when “Sha” decided to TRY to deescalate the situation by coming outside to ask me what I ordered. At this point I didn’t even receive a receipt to show her. She OFFERED bo’berry biscuits after she threw shade about me having a bad day and trynna “decipher” who’s fault that was. The manager returned with my order and no boberry biscuits claiming that she burnt them coming outside to speak with me. If you’re looking for the worst bojangles in Savannah, look no further. Needless to say, I decided to try two of the fried chicken sandwiches and received one grilled and one fried . My fries were about the best part of the experience💯 My rice was cold and no one answered the phone when we tried to call the restaurant. If I weren’t from North Carolina I would probably never spend another penny with the establishment but I do love the food . Maybe next time, but no time soon due to...

I've been here a few times. Every time I've been satisfied. I'm talking about the food and timely manner in which I received it. Until tonight! I had the worst possible experience. The female employee was getting an attitude with me on the intercom while ordering my food. Then after I paid for my food and she asked me to pull up it would take fifteen minutes for the chicken to be ready. Also claimed to have given me a discount because of the wait. The receipt isn't itemized so I'll never know. I pulled forward no big deal right? All fast food restaurants usually ask you to. I sat and waited for twenty minutes before I got out of my car to inquire on the situation. I ordered the 8pc family feast with 12 tenders mac and cheese, 2 x dirty rice, and mashed potatoes and gravy. I get inside the restaurant and they say that they only have one order of rice available so what do I want. I agree to pinto beans which weren't very good. After thirty minutes I finally got my food and by that time they had dirty rice ready so they ended up giving me what I actually ordered plus some nasty pinto beans. I really used to like this restaurant but I'm not sure if I'll ever eat here again. Update: I went to this location at 8:15pm yesterday and ordered a 20 piece family meal. The lady informs me that they can't make it because they were about to close. They close at 9pm. I decide to leave and give my business to KFC as I should have to begin with. As I pull around the lady is standing in the window laughing as if she had accomplished her goal. I am here to say that she definitely has. I will never return to this location and strongly suggest that everyone else does as well. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever come across. Its a shame because my girlfriend prefers...

We drove from Ohio to Savannah. We wanted Bo's so there was one on Ocheegee or however it's spelled. We decided to go and get our food to bring back to the room because we were exhausted. I was joking with the lady and said we are going to order a lot so be ready. Idk if she was hard if hearing or just plain rude. My husband ordered a wing dinner. He picked his sides. Then he asked for 3 chicken legs. She said oh that's going to be $2 a piece. I said that's fine. Then I ordered a breast and wing dinner with 2 sides. I said can I please get another breast instead of the wing for an upcharge? She laughed and said oh we can't do that. A breast is a lot more than a wing. I said yes thats why I said I would pay. So then I start telling her my sides. I said mac and cheese and coleslaw and she stopped ne and said it comes with fries and if you want 2 sides I have to delete this and start over. I said we'll I told you 2 sides and why did he get to pick his sides but I can't? Then I said and we want a side of mashed potatoes. She said YOU WANT ANOTHER SIDE? like she was so disgusted. Mind you we were starving and the sides are nothing but 2 bites for the size. So then I looked at my husband and said do you want a peach cobbler? He said yes so I said and 2 peach cobbler. She rolled her eyes. So we waited for our food and went to the room only to find i was given 2 thighs instead of 2 breasts. I paid $50 for that meal! I should've just went to a nice restaurant...
