I will give a place several chances before giving a negative review. This place got 4 from me. I will jot go back. I was going to write all the reasons, but I will just post what happened today. I ordered online, was given a pick up time, and the money was taken from my account. I get there to pick up my order and it is not there. The lady behind the counter asked me for my name. I gave it. I showed her my order and my pick up time. She went to the other lady and asked if she had made the order. ( they were very polite and tried to help.) I was then directed to the guy manning the register. ( I sincerely hope he is not the manager) I showed him what was on my phone and informed him the payment was made. He just kept saying the order was never received. He then confirmed that I placed order to that store. And again said the order was never made. He said I could place the order again. Before doing so, I pulled up my bank account. The payment is pending, I showed him that as well. And again he said the order was never placed. I asked him how I received a pick up time and how was a payment made if I never placed the order. He had no answer. I told him that order was made on his website. He replied that it wasn't his site. ( I get that he does not own it, but he is a representative of Firehouse while he is there, therefore he is/ or think he is part of the company). After about 10 minutes of wasting my time I told him to just forget it and that I would dispute the charge with my bank. As I was walking out, he just had to keep running his mouth. He said "well yeah, the order was never placed and that I was just trying to get a free meal." Seriously, this is who you people want representing your brand? Please tell me how I received a pick up time and my card was charged if I never placed the order? I went to your competition and received such friendly service from the moment I walked in the door to the moment the lady gave me my meal. They will be getting my service...
Read moreVery disappointing...When I walked into the restaurant I noticed that it was extremely crowded, but I just figured that everyone must have just wanted a sub sandwich like me, however after standing in line for about 2 minutes and hearing the person at the register say that the wait time was 15-20 minutes I soon realized that NO this place wasn't just crowded because everyone was in a sub mood it was crowded because the workers were a chaotic mess, they clearly didn't know how to read a ticket to make a sandwich, and they had people sitting and standing all over the restaurant waiting for a sandwich because of their lack of organization and obvious sandwich-making skill. And to make matters worse the manager didn't seem to be very helpful at all: he cursed at the workers, and was very unapologetic to customers. After a 20 minute wait and watching many people leave frustrated without even placing an order because they couldn't wait 15-20 minutes to get a sandwich. I finally received my sandwich to-go, and to add insult to injury when I arrived at my desk ready to bite into my sandwich that I waited over 20 minutes for, it was made incorrectly! Seriously! So disappointing, as much as I love Firehouse Subs I don't know if I'll go back to this location anytime soon. They need to get...
Read moreHad firehouse subs for the first and last time! I ordered a large order on their website 2 days before I needed it! Paid for it and received an email confirmation for the order. My boss went to pick it up and they claim they never got the order. Showed them the email and had to wait for everything to be THROWN together and got charged again! Sandwiches were disgusting and I called the corporate office to complain and get my money back for the order they never received! Got a call back from a very unprofessional man named Chad who informed me all the sandwiches couldnât have been bad and because I had already disputed the charge there was nothing he would do! Seriously I hung up after telling him how unprofessional he was. I have been a restaurant manager for over 20 years and I would have done anything to not...
