I’d like to give them no stars but it won’t let me. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever gone through. Waited in line for AN HOUR, I made an online order, they tried to give me the wrong drink, I corrected them and so that really upset them for no reason. They gave me my food, I went around the building to check it, they were missing HALF of my item.. I went to go inside but of course it was locked for no reason, so I had to wait… again… when I told them they were missing items they told me over and over that “everything was in the bag” essentially calling me a liar numerous times. After sitting at the speaker while they said nothing I finally asked if I could pull up. I pull up they continue to insist that I am wrong, they give me one item.. that of course was wrong they added tomatoes so I dealt with that not wanting to deal with the incompetent staff about something minor. They continued to insist they gave me everything… I had to give them my bag back to prove to them they did not.. they still did not believe me. at one point I asked if I was getting my other items the guy told me “no” so of course I got upset spending $20, waiting in line for an hour, and being told I’m lying, I was refusing to leave without my food. I spoke to the manager who also was certain I was lying. Not sure what the hell is wrong with this location but Taco Bell as a corporation should be highly embarrassed on how they treat customers. The worst experience EVER. I do expect some sort of compensation, and someone to reach out to me ASAP. OH not to mention they crushed all my chips at the bottom of the bag that were for my toddler, and they still messed up...
Read morePut in an order on a Friday night, spouse comes home and it was nothing like our order except the cinnamon twists. Items not even available in the combo we ordered were in our boxes. Plus I ordered vegetarian items, as I’m a vegetarian, and the cinnamon twists were the only vegetarian items. We called them and they said no problem just come back. Then husband through all these random things into another store bag, since the boxes weren’t able to hold the food and headed back.
They proceeded to argue with him for about 15 minutes and I watched on FaceTime as some worker opened what I knew was a something chicken and said it was the potato one. They also said the Doritos taco was a cheese quesadilla, at the store with the items in front of them they were trying to say the items were completely different than what they clearly were.
They touched the food all over the service counter, with bare hands and then they took it away to the back. No idea what they did with manhandled food. They begrudgingly remade about 80% of the order, but we were each still missing an item.
Oh, and the Mountain Dew was basically piss water and it was subbed out for Baja blast. They refused to acknowledge that at all or even try it to see if they needed to change their soda bib.
Felt like they had 3rd string in on a Friday night and that’s really not good...
Read moreWe have visited this location in the past and the service has been great each time! This time however the staff was very lackadaisy and just not helpful at all. Order through the mobile app was told by the cashier to drive around it they would bring it out. Watched other people be serviced inside the location as well as through the drive-thru. Waited about 15 minutes total and came inside to the cashier remembering my name upon entrance and handing me our mobile order. He lied and said that the order just came out it did not according to the sticker and the food was lukewarm he did not provide any drinks or the gelato had to wait an additional 7 minutes to be service for drinks enchilada I also was told to fill up my own drinks to which I attempted to do and there was no nor my drink choice to fill my own drink order. Needless to say a quick pickup turned into a very irritating and senseless interaction. I'm not sure where the other staff has gone but this new staff is not it at all. It will affect the location and I hope that the franchise owner actually reads the most recent reviews to get in touch with the general manager or the operations manager to see into a review of their...
