Visiting Atlanta, was in the Emory Point neighborhood today (Sunday). I was hungry at 1pm, and hadn't eaten (a good) breakfast. I intended to eat out at the Chick'nCone restaurant, which is literally right across from the BoruBoru shop. Unfortunately, Chick'nCone -- which I wanted to go to -- has weird store hours, and weirder still on Sundays (they open at 2pm, probably due to church or something). So, I decided to stop by at the BoruBoru Ramen/Sushi shop, since it was open and the other shop was not. I mentioned that it was my first time at the place, and the server lady recommended I try the Muscle Man, which comes with a whole slew of various protein. I sorely needed protein, and I like that a lot of their menu options have some form or another of good solid protein. I went with the Muscle Man (as a burrito) as that seemed to check all the boxes, and seemed to have the most variety of protein. I got it with sushi rice, so the burrito was actually wrapped in a black, thin layer of sushi instead of the traditional bread, which was pretty neat. The only minus was the price, it was 2-3$ more expensive than normal, at around 15$ or so. Ate at a table inside. There was no one else at the shop at the time I came by, so I had free reign on selection of seating. I chose a four-seater table closer to the window. The burrito I ordered was brought to me. It came with raw fish -- salmon & tuna -- as well as scallion and cooked chicken for variety of protein. It also came with avocado, jalapeños, and cucumber, which I thought was a nice bonus, and made for an interesting combo and mix of flavors. The cucumber made it less dry and not as spicy, and I liked the addition. Overall, the food was nice, and the meat/protein tasted good especially with the rice and the sushi layer. It was nothing exceptional, but it was filling for a brunch, and provided a solid variety of protein. Overall, food was good and sufficiently tasty, and would recommend others to check this place out.

Went on a Wednesday afternoon for dinner. We were warmly greeted by the cashier also waitress and she explained the menu to us very well. I got the Spicy Pork Ramen and made it into a combo with 4pc takoyaki and soda. I highly enjoyed the takoyaki. It had a great ratio of batter to octopus but a little high on the batter side, which I enjoyed. The toppings added a great kick as well. For my ramen, I was disappointed to not find any pork belly but rather minced pork instead. Other than that, the soup was alright and the ramen was cooked well. Also pictured. My friend got the Muscle Man Burrito and really enjoyed it.

I went here yesterday with a friend and ordered a sushirrito and was super excited to try it out. Staff is A+ but unfortunately the food wasn't. I had to add extra sauces just to get through it, and even that didn't help much. We also ordered the milk boba tea which was so watered down and almost had zero flavor of tea whatsoever. It just tasted like dirty water. The worst part is that my stomach didn't agree with the meal and it just gave me a horrible, horrible time. Really wanted to like this place but was really disappointed.

*Update: Seems like the portion size for Caveman got smaller? I looked at a picture I took before and it was overflowing. The one I had most recently barely reached the top of the bowl. I do like this place, but just a bit concerned about the consistency. Hope this helps. Caveman is my new favorite. It's like a flavor and texture explosion in your mouth. Crispy salmon skin, cool tuna, fresh greens. So good, especially for the fellas who want some gains.

I love their poke. The greens are always fresh and they have a better assortment of add-ons than other poke places. Their service is fast and the associates are always friendly. I highly recommend for a quick, delicious, healthy lunch! It is a tad pricey but not atypical for Emory area. Parking is slightly annoying because you have to use a parking deck but just remember your ticket and they will validate up to 2 hours. .

We got there settling 4:45pm and they were closed until 5pm but the manager was nice enough to open up early for my group. The staff were also very friendly. I ordered a sushi burrito to eat there and ordered a sushi bowl to go. It was my first time having a sushi burrito and it was beyond delicious, I'm so excited for my sushi bowl tonight. Highly recommend to anybody visiting Atlanta.
