Bruster's Real Ice Cream — Restaurant in Georgia

Have gone 2 times to this location in the last month, and was totally disappointed both times. I ordered turtle sundaes for take out on the first visit, they were not made correctly, and when I returned home they had no pecans on the sundaes. I think the employee was more interested in talking to the friends at the window, than doing his job properly. I decided to give Bruster's another try this evening, and the turtle sundaes were very skimpy in size.... only 2 scoops of the wrong ice cream, very little whipped cream and no cherries. Who doesn't love ice cream? (Sorry lactose intolerant ppl) I am normally a big fan of Bruster's however as you can see from the scoops pictured, we received ours already melting, and the quantity was much less than we get at other locations. I like harder ice cream, not half melted scoops like what we received. Makes you wonder if they aren't keeping the freezer temps cold enough. I feel like you don't get the same amount as you do when the scoops are hard and defined. From the looks of it, most of our scoops must've had ice cream stuck to the inside of the ice cream scooper, so we were shorted part of the scoop as you can see in the pictures. This location was bustling with customers when I first arrived, however service was quick and fast. The server was was friendly and did their job as expected. When I ordered ice cream there were many many options to choose from and many options that were not ice cream as well. The flavor I chose was fantastic: mango. It tasted fruitier rather than creamy which is something I like and is what alot of ice cream stores fail to do. The only thing I would suggest at this location is the seating area.
