Captain D's — Restaurant in Georgia

This Captain D’s just opened not to long ago and I’ve been 4x so far… 2x via the drive thru and 2x online orders. Both of my visits were good when using the drive thru, however the online ordering is terrible. Both times I ordered a 10pc family fish meal with a fish sandwich on the side. The first time I didn’t check my order, just to get home and only have 4 pieces of fish, fries, coleslaw and the sandwich. I called before driving back and let management know what my experience was… when I walked in no one greeted me but yet serval employees made eye contact with me. They were apologetic and redid the entire order. I go back tonight just for them to give me everything but the fish sandwich and my hush puppies. But I didn’t leave without checking my order. They then gave me only 4 of the 8 hushpuppies that are suppose to come with the meal. I can say this time they gave me enough tartar sauce for a 10pc fish other times it was like pulling teeth. I just simply want what I’m paying for all $32.29 worth of it. My next step will be...

So glad you guys are back open. Came in not knowing what to expect because my previous experience has not been pleasing. But came in at 7pm not knowing what I wanted to eat. But Ms. shon the night shift manager was amazing, I was greeted with a beautiful smile which I knew then they were different. I told her what I had a taste for and she suggested the perfect meal which had all I wanted. We even strick a friendly conversation while she was still working. Not only did she take my order but she went and prepared it also. When I received my order I asked if I could change out the hush puppies for bread stick and she did with no hesitation and kept a smile. She had the whole store happy and grateful. She was moving from the back to the front to .make sure every customer needs was accommodated. I also heard her say great job team to show her appreciation for them working so hard. The store was very clean and peaceful. Everyone in the store was happy. I appreciate you for your great customer service and hope they keep...

I came to give you an excellent review. I place my order via GrubHub, and it was a seafood platter. I would like to say I am here visiting family and I have never heard of or tried this fastfood chain before, I am just speaking on the food for itself. My seafood platter was made right. I was skeptical about ordering seafood from a chain and having it delivered but I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. The fish fillets are fried crispy and the Captain D's sauce was a great pairing. The shrimp were small but the taste was still good. The stuffed crabs are mostly breading but there is crab meat in there and seasoned very well. My sides were macaroni and cheese, green beans and 2 hush puppies. They were mid but still edible. I would still give this place 4 stars...
