Since I recently moved this is the closest Chili's to my house now. It was my first time in this location and I don't have any complaints. The food was fresh, and cooked to order (you can tell). After a long day of walking around, we decided to stop by and get some food and drinks.
I ordered the $5 Monthly Margarita: Hennessy's Harvest. (Hennessy, Lunasul Blanco & sour mix).
I ordered the Triple Dipper. This means you can choose three items from the appetizer menu. I choose BBQ boneless wings, chicken fingers, and the burger sliders.
I like the idea of trying different stuff from the menu, in general, everything was pretty good. The egg rolls are actually giant, and very tasty. The burgers and wings are great as well.
My family some stuff for the $3 for $10 which comes with a drink, an appetizer, and an entree.
If you sign up for their email club (Chili's Rewards) you can get free Chips & Salsa or a Non-Alcoholic Beverage by visiting participating Chili's at least once every 60 days. Plus sometimes they will send a coupon for a free appetizer or dessert.
We decided to get the Molten Chocolate Cake. It's a chocolate cake with a molten chocolate center, topped with vanilla ice cream in a chocolate shell. So, SO good.
All that food for only $30, very affordable and good food. The service is good in here as well, and that's why I keep coming back to Chili's.
Read moreEverytime I have come to this location I have had a terrible experience. Either the food is cooked wrong or the server is just no where to be found. But I give them the benefit of the doubt because I've been in the service industry and know how it can be some days, however, today was the breaking point. it has never been busy when I have gone.
My sister and I went in, having not eaten all day we were pretty hungry. Ordered the Asparagus appetizer, it was great. Good omen, right? Nope. My sisters order was 100% wrong. She wondered the citrusy chile steak.. comes with tomatoes (she read this as potatoes by accident, her fault) asparagus, and fries. The one she got came with tomatoes and a salad, no fries, no asparagus. When we informed our server, Chris, about this he told her it was basically the same thing. She then told him she has a vitamin C allergy and cannot eat more than a certain amount a day, the tomatoes would set that off. He took her plate back to the back, we were seated near the kitchen and could hear them laughing about it as he walked away. The manager came out to talk to us and basically told her that she had ordered it wrong, but it was ok cause everyone does it and even gave an example of when she did.. No he gave the wrong thing, she read ONE word wrong. The next time her food came out her steak was over cooked, at this point we were done and she just told Chris that she didn't want the order anymore. He walked away saying "it definitely had more than enough time to be cooked more than medium.." While waiting for our check, I noticed that some of the lettuce in my salad was going bad. It was one piece, not a big deal. Until the manager tried to tell me it was the spring mix and supposed to have some purple on her, to which I responded by showing her the very evidently brown lettuce. I decided I was done with my meal.
The managers response was basically to give us two $5 gift cards to use next time and comp our entrees, ok, fine. But when we said we wanted to use the gift cards to pay for you $6 bill for the appitizer, she basically told us we won't get the remaining balance. We said whatever, and left. We will not be returning to this location. I advise people to spend a little more in gas and go to the Mall of Georgia location, it has much...
Read moreWent here for dinner. I ordered the triple appetizer, which comes with chicken tenders, mozzarella wedges, and southwestern egg rolls. The chicken tenders were the nastiest I've ever tasted! They had an awful rubbery texture, and the taste was like biting into an uncooked piece of meat! I told our server, and she said I could substitute them for something else. So I got their mini "big mouth bites." These were nothing to rave about, but at least they were edible. My husband ordered the chicken quesadillas, and he said they were good. I remember trying their chicken tenders years ago and there being a problem with them at that time, too, but I must have thought that they'd have fixed it by now and I gave them another try. Boy, was I wrong! Last time, it was a quality issue with their supplier. I won't be ordering their chicken tenders again. 6/28/24--Update-- went back here again, and were reminded why we stopped eating here. I ordered chicken nachos. The menu stated nothing irregular about these, so I assumed they'd look like most other places who sell these. Nope!! These are not at all what I was expecting! Instead of a plate full of chips, with chicken on top and everything else layered over that... Nope! You pay over $14 for about 8-12 thin chips that have very little chicken on them and are sort of a single-chip, "topped off" version of their chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. Except without a top chip to enclose the contents. Just a really thin, half-broken off chip, with a ball of cheese that has chicken and spices in it, with nasty edges that are burnt all over??? When I asked the manager, (Mr.) Jodie, he just simply stated that Chili's doesn't do "traditional nachos". Gee, would've been nice to know that in advance... had the menu stated "Our take/spin on traditional nachos", I certainly would've asked the server to explain what they look like and then I definitely would NOT have ordered these. Total waste of money and overpriced for burnt up, broken half-chip, topped food. *Apparently Google Maps won't let you write another review if you visit a place...
