I don't eat fast food much due to so many food allergies. I woke up from surgery wanting Chipotle. I came in to get 2 burritos. I noticed the food line cihnter had food particles on it, some of which included things I was allergic to, so I asked the woman making my burritos the put 2 pieces of foil so that my burritos where not touching the counter as she dragged it across to add items. The employee (LESLIE) told me no she won't do that. I explained why I wanted it done and she told me I could leave. The other employees themselves looked appalled and even offered me her name as she had on no name tagged and refused to give me her name when i asked, but they did not step in to make it right. I drove the 8 minutes up 316 to the sugarloaf location. Requested 2 foil pieces again. Got no push back. Was even asked if the foil placement was OK. I did not have to explain why I needed double foil nor was I asked. LESLIE at the Duluth highway location needs more customer service training. Her behavior was disgusting.
I will not recommend this location. Drive to the one on sugarloaf Parkway. It's worth the additional time. I live in Dacula and I will never return here. Will pass it every time to now go to the sugarloaf Chipotle. There was no line at the Duluth highway location when I visited. First time, I ordered a bowl with half chicken/half steak. I picked up my order & got home and there was no steak in my bowl that i PAID FOR. I called, got no answer and had to drive back to the restaurant. I got my steak and a little extra but why wasnt it already on my bowl for me to enjoy? This second time, which was just last night, I ordered through the app again, got there 2 minutes after my pick up time and was told to give them a minute. I said okay but ended up waiting 12 minutes only for my food to be sitting right next to the cashier the whole time, getting cold. She didnt apologize or anything, not to mention when I got there she kept making eye contact with me but would not acknowledge my presence like she was ignoring me. I had to say something 3 times. Very rude girl. Once I got in the car I checked my food to make sure it was right & there was barely any steak on my bowl but i didnt complain because I will never be back at this location ever again. Read morePaw… I guess that’s her name, it doesn’t really matter, was rude, refused to get her manager, and was just generally unhelpful today. I did an online order yesterday and they didn’t put something with the order. I was in a rush and didn’t notice until I got back to work (especially since the bag was sealed) 20 minutes away. They wouldn’t answer the phone when I called yesterday to let them know and wouldn’t refund today. I was told I had to call the 800 number to get a refund or reach out on the app to speak with pepper who is unhelpful with the “thanks for the feedback” messages. It’s ridiculous. The restaurant got my money, they can refund it. I’ve never heard of someone saying they can’t refund when you order directly from them and I’m appalled that they refused to get a manager. If you don’t want to assist customers, you shouldn’t be there.
Why do I have to jump through hoops to get my money back when they purposefully left something out of my order?? I just know now to order through another source so I can get a refund if something is missing...
