So, the wife and I took our daughter there tonight because it was a stressful kind of day. What better way than to end the night with ice cream right? We waited for about 10 minutes before our order was placed. The wait doesn't bother me because I know, like everywhere else, they're understaffed. What does bother me is the waiting another 30 to get our food and it's wrong. The flamethrower that was ordered didn't have bacon on it and it was UNDERCOOKED. We didn't get the dipping sauces we ordered and we had to wait another 20 minutes before the only ice cream we ordered was even made. When our peanut buster parfait was finally brought out, I brought the under cooked burger to the worker. She said ok and went to tell the cook staff, who complained very loudly about my UNDERCOOKED burger. They after going back and forth about it for about 5 more minutes I hear, "Fine, I'll make another burger" now I could have handled myself a little more politely when I yelled "flamethrower not a cheeseburger" but I wanted a flamethrower. It still came out with no bacon. The bacon is what makes the flamethrower because the bacon is the hottest part of the Burger... Not the sauce. She rushed me at the window to make up my mind and didn't want me to ask her any questions. Then the order was wrong at the window and the young man shoved it to me anyway and said "Look, you cannot expect perfection. You're at a fast food place." I had asked him to please see if my order was correct because the girl was so hateful and he said oh yes that's just the kind of person she is. And laughed. He refused to repeat all my order to me. The manager Gracie was very nice though when I called her afterwards and she said she would handle them. It ruined our afternoon out though because we didn't get the food we actually ordered and were treated horribly.
