Never had a problem with them have bought multiple pieces of furniture in the past. Furniture quality is just ok and has never held up long term but the financing and cost allows you to be able to have furniture if your on a budget. Only issue I had was when I went to pay off my balance there was an issue with how I was paying and I was basically told they couldn’t help me and help was not offered any other options until I got upset and stormed out of the store. Manager made me feel belittled was rude and I have never as a customer been treated so horribly. After I got upset and stormed out of the store the manager decided to call someone to see if they could help me. But even then was belittled. Never ever will I ever shop at this store again. Sadly I never had an issue up until now and the sales associates had always been great. But all it takes is one bad experience to lose a great customer who always paid their bills and was NEVER late!!! If I could give a zero...

Stopped by today to buy new living room furniture only one man came out from the back of the store and asked if I was being helped. He went for someone and no one came. He looked like he worked In the back not on the sales floor. He was very kind. They weren't busy there was only one other couple in their looking around.after walking around for 15min I left and went next door to.ashley furniture and spent my money there.i did see employee s at farmers store sitting on furniture by the front door talking ad I left.
