Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Thomasville

I tried to place an order online but to no avail. I went through the entire process got to the checkout part and it kept asking for my card number. I called pizza hut and spoke with someone. He said I would have to come up there and let him look at my online order and he would see what he could do. So basically he looked on my phone to see what I'd ordered and I paid for it at the drive thru.when I originally placed the order. I ordered hand tossed crust. Guess what he was just informed that they ran out of the hand tossed crust. So is there any other crust you would like to add for an additional 2.00. I was like not if I have to pay for it. The way me and my family was treated at the drive through was so bad by the female manager or supervisor who had a bad attitude after we waited about 30 minutes because no one was at the window to take our order to place an order only to be told by her they were not taking anymore orders and it still wasn't 11 oclock.Had to call while waiting at the drive through window to get someone to come to the window. The worse restaurant staff ever! Ordered some pizza and wings after a long ride from picking my husband up after military training. Waited about 90 mins with no update on the status of my order, so my husband called to see if he needed to come pick it up.
