Incident date : 7/16/25 9am I placed an order online for drive-through pickup but after seeing the line in drive-thru and not wanting to risk being late for work, I decided to go inside, something that I have done before and has never been an issue at any Starbucks location especially seeing that they had three employees plus herself working a drive-thru window. A young lady asked me what my name for the pickup order was, and I mouthed my name because I was on the phone. She then turned and looked at me and said, " Oh, you placed an order for drive-thru pickup but decided to come inside. Got it!" In a sarcastic tone that I did not appreciate. All the drive-thru staff, including the barista facing me, stared at me. Physically turned to look at me. I don't know if she thought that I didn't hear her, but I definitely did and immediately put my phone down and said to her, does it matter where I pick it up? I also told her that there are ways of speaking to people and she could have came up to me with my order and told me next time to please pick it up in the Drive-Thru not make a spectacle and make me look stupid in front of all of her employees who were now staring at me because I was clearly irate at this point. I reiterated to her that I'm a business professional, and there's ways of speaking to people, and the way she spoke to me was not okay. I grabbed my order from her and said thank you, have a great day!" And as I turned around, she told me not to come back here! Trust me, I will not! The location at Mahan is definitely nicer, and I've never had an issue there! I travel for work and this was my go-to because it's closest to my hotel. It's a shame that a company like this has lost...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer here since they opened. While I love the staff and they are always very nice, I have to say that the business has gone downhill. They shut at random hours and allow order ahead option but when you show up, the storefront is often closed. The line can often take 20 minutes to get through absolutely with no way / outside lane to get out of line. As a mom and business owner, it’s an inconvenience to think I’m ahead of schedule by ordering ahead and arriving early, only to be told I have to wait in line with no way out. I’ve had to ask people to back up so I can get out of line before, so I could be on time for where I was going. (Which means I also had to leave the drinks that I paid for). My main request is that if you’re going to leave the online ordering available, please allow customers to walk in and pick up their drinks. Even if you have to say that the inside registers are closed. I’ve been generous with second chances but it’s simply not worth the stress or...
Read moreSo I was debating on whether to post anything or not about my horrible experience at Starbucks and decided to go ahead and let people know. I came in this morning but due to how packed it was in drive through I decided to go in. It was crowded and extremely busy and I got the worst service from the Baristas. I was not greeted and when given my hot drink my name was not called out nor were they nice and it was sticky and tasted horrible like it was rushed. To be honest the only reason I even put 2 stars rather than 1 was because of the barista who took my order that was wearing a fedora, one you don't see often yet is very stylish and had glasses. The reason is because she was very polite and seemed to be the only one rushing around getting things done with a positive attitude. Yet the entire experience was bad, not counting the one fedora barista, mainly due to the terrible quality of the beverage and poor service...
