After years of buying pizza from dominos I think I have defiantly come to a decision of not spending my hard earned money with them anymore. I ordered a few pizzas from them last night and was not happy with the specialty pizza ordered it was supposed to be a bbq sausage pizza half with green peppers and onions. well I got about 3 slices with the added veggie and no sausage which was paid for. the pizza was very dry as there was hardly any bbq sauce also the crust was very fat with hardly any cheese stuffing and the actual pizza that was supposed to have all the paid toppings was the fattest I've ever seen and I mean flatter than ny style pizza. I have photos and videos of this mess of a pizza. I called and spoke to a manager who was not very pleasant and just talked over me the whole time. she thwn said I would need to speak to her manager because it's a franchise business. smh I offered to bring her the pizza or send the video and photos which clearly show everything I stated she was beyond rude and I asked what day do I call to speak to her manager and she said she didn't no. sooooo irritated in a world where everything is already expensive I expect to spend my money and at least get what I pay for. mind you I order from them almost every week with no issues. I mind as well go to Stevie bs or anywhere else at least I will get good service. this is terrible. I wish the real manager would reach out to me so we could fix the issue. I'm not even asking for my money back I just wanted what I paid for. why charge extra for toppings and not put them on the pizza and whoever made my pizza had to have been new. the two cheese pizzas were perfect. Read moreIt's a bit infuriating when you go there and you're finding that all the bloody machines that are supposed to be self service are not prepared for cash payments or cash back for a location that call themself a Supercenter this is egregious and unacceptable.
On a better note they are re arranging or re no Bajan location and the machines were available for ready use perhaps I got there at a time when there were small amount of customers.
I am looking forward to see what the new design or rearrangement is going to be may I suggest that Walmart whenever they do these rearrangements off the floor that they provide at least a layout for customers when they come in or just a centralized spot where is customer's can see things when they're coming in and know where they are it's a bit ridiculous when you have to be running all over the place for things that you thought were one place and they're now I did not. And this staff I can assure you I'm not very helpful when he comes to finding stuff well for the most part you will find one or two who are very helpful and will actually walk you to the location ask you if there's anything else I can help you with makes you think that you are in Publix or Kroger not for nothing this is something that they should seriously consider after all Walmart is a multi-billionaire company. Read moreThere is definitely a problem here. The past 3 visits have included waiting an additional 45 minutes for a pizza I ordered an hour before hand. Every time, the manager blames it on the phone system and they corporate is taking their orders not the local site. The last time, the manager turned customers away, saying that all of the orders were cancelled, they never received them, and that the store wasn't taking any more orders for the rest of the night. It was 8:00 pm, and the store didn't close until 10. There were no less than 8 team members on site, with only 2 making a pizza, 3 folding boxes, and the others standing around
When asked specifically, "Are you saying that you did not receive my order from 1 hour ago even though I am showing you the confirmation text, AND you are refusing to make the food I ordered?". He responded, " we met our 16-hour sales goal in 12-hours, so we aren't taking any more orders. I mean you can call corporate but they aren't going to change anything or fire anybody, it just is what it is."
