The worst service I’ve received in my life. I read the reviews but still decided to give this place a chance- what a mistake. After 1.5 hours of waiting for the pizza, I called to get a status update on the pizza and after answering the call, nobody talked on the other end, I just listened to them have a conversation with other people laughing and all. After nobody answered the multiple “Hellos” and “excuse mes”, I hung up and called again. Someone answered this time and I explained my situation- that I’ve been waiting for an hour and half for my order- and their excuse was that a delivery guy got into a car accident. I did not believe this excuse as it sounded made up on the spot with many pauses and stutters. But if that was actually the case, the people running the place should have called every person affected by this “incident” and should have informed each one of them of the delay on deliveries. They said the pizza would arrive in another 30-40 minutes, which means I would have waited 2 hours for my order. For this reason, I asked for a refund without canceling the order, it’s the least they could do if they really cared about providing good service. I did not get a refund. After those 30-40 minutes, I called again and asked if I should be expecting my pizzas to come at all, and they said the order was still at the store and said I could go pick it up if I wanted. I decided with my family that this is absurd and not worth it at all. In the end, I cancelled the order and could not believe how frustrated we all were over placing an order at this location. Read moreThrough no fault of their own, the staffing issues they have here make it a hit or miss regarding delivery availability. It's close to impossible to get an actual person to answer the phone. My online carry-out order got canceled while I was en route to the store to pick it up, text said "please call the store if you have any questions" ...then, as stated, nobody answers, basically on hold with "we'll be right with you!" and music until I arrived at the store. Staff knew nothing about my order, but the mgr was super cool and they made it on the spot (was a huge $55 order), and she gave me a sweet discount. I could sense their frustration with everything ostensibly disorganized, but again it's 24 ppl trying to run a busy Domino's with the mgr having to drive delivery runs. I worked for Domino's from 20012002 then again in 2004. What ever happened to the popular concept of simply PICKING UP THE PHONE AND ORDERING A PIZZA DELIVERY???? Now it's all this automated online stuff that tends to make the whole thing a hassle of appetite-killing frustration. But again...I stress their lack of workers as the root cause of the problems. If more ppl would get off their a**es and apply for drivers, they'd be surprised at how much $ they make with ease by simply driving around...sure beats waiting tables. I would totally do it if I didn't have a full-time job of 9~10 hour days. Read moreWaited 2 hours for a delivery of 2 pizzas. The tracker m stopped working so we called the store directly. The pizzas left at 7:02, but when we called, they lied and said they left at 7:42. When the pizza finally got here at 8:15 the driver admitted that he made three stops before our house and then had to go back to the store to get our pizza. Makes no sense. Mind you, we ordered our pizza at 6:15. Called the store upon opening the pizza when we realized it was completely cold and the thin crust pizza look like it had been shaken and dropped a few times. They said they could not refund our money today because they can’t do same-day refunds and said that it would take a really long time to order another pizza and have it delivered.He basically said it’s not coming tonight. He said they only had three drivers tonight and never apologized. Already disputed the charge with our credit card company, and the pizza is in the trash.
