If I could give this place no stars I would! Order was placed for delivery. After about 25-30 mins of waiting for it to arrive after it said on the generator it left at a certain time "out for delivery at 10:42pm"... the delivery driver called saying he couldn't find our location. He also mentioned that he was given the wrong address to deliver to. We told him we could give him an alternate location that is right next door to our location, he said okay, we sent him the location through text. Called him back to confirm he got the text which he said he did. About 20 mins later he still had not arrived, he called back and said he couldn't deliver it to us and he was back at the dominos store. Spoke with manager they said they knew where our location was. About 10-15 mins later we receive our order at 11:45pm. Food not hot at all because now it's been about an hour or longer that it's been sitting in the box. Also one of the boxes had another customer's information on the label and says "bad * bad * bad * bad * bad * bad" across the top of the label, underneath that has an order number and someone else's name, address and phone number.. not ours which in my knowledge of working with companies dealing with private information like that, that the people working this night could be fired for such thing. Then we are on the phone talking to jasmine the manager and she states that she doesn't have a corporate number to give to us after we asked for it. She also supposedly contacted her general manager Steven and supervisor Daniel which is above Steven, as she stated to us and they stated they couldn't do us anything even though it was their fault we got cold food, had to wait an hour, call to ask what they can do for us... which she says nothing they can do but give us a refund of the food. To us being the customers, we should be able to get more than just a refund! Losing 3+ customers because of word of mouth.. really ridiculous! What ever happened to great...
Read moreI’m extremely disappointed with this specific location. We usually order and pick up in a location near sandy springs, but as I switched jobs, we decided to have it delivered this time. The pizza was ok but the desert we got for my step children was completely smashed. The funny thing is that only one was smashed (we got the lava chocolate cake), the other one was intact. The box was completely clean, so for sure it wasn’t the delivery guy fault, no chance this was dropped or anything, otherwise both would be bad, there are no stains on top of the box, nether the desert had been moved. It was smashed! I am more frustrated because I contacted the customer service representative, and they told me this location is owned and would inform them. I chose to be contacted by email, as I had bad experiences before with complains with other places and was extremely offended, so I like to keep record of all emails as proof, and guess what, at 1:14 AM they decide is a nice time to call. I have a screenshot of the number with the time I was contacted and photograph from the deserts, which by the way, we tossed on trash as we have no idea who smashed or why they did it. I sent a second email saying that is unacceptable that they call me that late during the night, and that is disrespectful as I chose to be contacted by email. NOBODY has answered. Nobody has contacted me! Nobody has done ANYTHING to fix this nether to apologize. They don’t care about customer service nether quality, all they want is your money and forget the customer. I’m disappointed and frustrated with the lack of interest from them. I Hope making a bad review, they decide to contact me, otherwise, I will contact Better Business Bureau and make a formal complain. Maybe then they will do...
Read moreSo, we have ordered several times from this location because it is right around the corner from us (5 minute drive because of the lights). Every time we order, we are missing every single sauce. We have never called in to complain because we didn't think it was worth it. But at this point, it happens more often than not so we decided to make it known. My boyfriend called in and the general manager Stephen didn't seem to care and even told my boyfriend he was being difficult. The manager said that he doesn't have time to check every order before it goes out and that the labels are so small they are hard to read the extras. My question is why would dominos advertise on the tracker that it's being double checked for accuracy if the manager then says he doesn't check orders? My boyfriend then insisted on speaking to the area manager since the store manager didn't seem to care. When we spoke to the area manager, Daniel Thomas, had the same attitude. He said it was his day off and he didn't care what was going on at his store and his dinner was ruined by having to call us. Coming from someone who used to be in the industry, this is just absolutely ridiculous. 45 minutes after receiving our first order, the area manager said he would send out the sauces with a new order or cheese sticks (because we mentioned our cheese sticks were already cold) and then it took another 30 minutes to get those. Needless to say, we won't be...
