Came over after grocery shopping at Kroger and ordered pizza. They were busy as usual on a Saturday. Asked the heavy set guy with glasses up front if he could put my gallon of ice cream in the freezer while I waited. He wouldn’t even let me finish the question and cut me off to tell me “No.” The girl making the pizza turned around to look at him as if to say go ahead and do it, but he had already dismissed me at that point. I saw her shrug her shoulders. It would’ve been a nice courtesy considering I was waiting longer than anticipated. To top it off, pizza came up—I heard the guy boxing it say my name. No one grabs it or calls me. They are now all huddled at the back door—one on his cell phone, the other two keep walking in and out like they are smoking. After about 5 minutes of standing at the front counter I walk over to the girl making the pizza and say can you PLEASE give me my pizza that’s been ready now for 10 minutes??! She tells me I’ll have to wait a minute because she’s in the middle of dinner rush. Are you serious?? She then proceeds to answer my complaint with it’s the guy on his cell phone’s first day. Umm ok. He’s definitely not off to a good start. Then she says the old man doesn’t speak any English. Umm ok. Let me know how that works out for you. As for the two smokers out back, I never did get an excuse for them. I’m just hoping they washed their hands when they got back....pizza Luke warm and ice cream about the same by the time I got out of there...Left a bad...
Read moreI placed an order for delivery online the order was delivered in a reasonable time but the order was short one pasta dish so I tried to call and inform them of this and after 3 attempts with no answer I decided it was a lost cause and left a review. The assistant manager called me almost immediately after I sent the review and began to tell me that he was the one that made the order and he knows it was correct and that he was going to review his security cameras because he was sure the food went out correctly I informed him that my employees had already made do with what was delivered and whatever he needed to do internally was an issue he would have to deal with and then it hit me that he was accusing me of attempting to get free food after I had paid them $109.00 for the order they got wrong. I can assure you Domino's I don't need your free food and you are the ones that received free money from me. It amazes me that these kind of places are in business they have the worst attitudes and a complete disconnect for the customer. I hope the actual store manager gets a chance to review this and listen to the call which took place at 2:06 pm on 3/31/2019. If you do review this and listen to the call use it to train your staff no need to reach out to me I want nothing from you nor will I ever order from Domino's pizza ever again in my life. My order number was 394604...
Read moreI called the store not knowing how late we could placed a carryout order. The gentleman that answered said 12 midnight. So I placed a carryout order through through the app, successfully and it charged my credit card. I immediately got a call saying they would not allow carry out. I explained that I had asked previously and was told midnight. She said they would only deliver it.
So, I asked, since I had done my due diligence and was told you could order carryout and was able to via the app, if they would simply deliver the pizza for the same price. She refused, somewhat rudely. I then asked if they could just bring the pizza out to me if I drove there. She said, no, our doors are locked, even more rudely. I tried to reason with her, asking if it's somehow safer at 9pm vs. 10:30pm. I also wonder how it's safer for them to deliver vs. letting someone drive up. I called back one more time and was spoken to very rudely and hung up on. Called one more time to get the names of the manager, but again, extremely rude and again, hung up on.
