Better customer service is needed! I waited over 20 minutes to pick up my mobile order (breakfast sandwich, XL Coffee and blue berry muffin). I chose mobile walk in to avoid the crazy drive thru line that was wrapped around and extended to the front of the building. I walk in for an easy breezy pick up only to find that my sandwich was the only part of my order ready to go. Two young ladies in front of me were also waiting for their mobile orders of iced coffee. When I expressed to the young man that part of my order was sitting on the counter waiting to be completed, he asked what the order was and said he would get it in just a minute. No problem because I could see he was trying to fill the other ladies mobile coffee order. I thought the issue was resolved until he never came back to me! He finished up, walked back and forth behind the counter, putting on plastic gloves as if preparing to do something, but he never did anything but walk around. He accepted a $1 bill from his co-worker, walked around some more and then walked to the back and stood there, occasionally looking up at me waiting at the counter. I realized then, he had no intention of completing my order. Maybe mobile orders weren't his job today, but customer service reigns supreme and he was lacking it tremendously. I went back to the order section of the counter since there was no line, but of course there was no cashier there either. FINALLY a young man who seemed to be trying to fill a drive thru donut order made eye contact with me and said someone would be with me in a minute. I quickly explained most of the above and he apologized, STOPPED WHAT HE WAS DOING and grabbed my muffin and made my coffee. I could tell he was a little torn as to what he should do first, complete his drive thru order or help me who was clearly over waiting for help. He made the choice to acknowledge and help me. He was kind, apologetic and I was very grateful that somebody finally recognized that there were other customers besides the drive thru customers. Out of the 5 or 6 employees I saw working behind that counter earlier this afternoon only one of them stood out for a positive reason. Tyler, I know fixing my mobile order probably was not your job, but I appreciate your customer service and acknowledging that my quick mobile order pick up was not quick at all and needed to be resolved right away. Dunkin-a better process is needed for mobile orders. Sitting partial orders at the pick up station and then ignoring customers who are waiting to pick up the orders is NOT a good look. I used to LOVE the HWY 96 location. If it wasn't for Tyler, I would not return....
Read moreIf I could get 0 stars I would! I have gone to this Dunkin for years, but the past few months, when we order on the go, something is left out of my order which causes us to have to go back. They have always been apologetic and great about it, but today, I ordered 4 coffee’s a a frozen hot a chocolate and went through the drive thru to pick up. I was given my order, and I mentioned that I still had a couple of drinks I needed. The guy at the window said they were working on my frozen hot chocolate and it would be right out. When he gave it to me, he thanked me and told me to have a good day. I wasn’t thinking about the other drink so I left. I realized a few minutes after that I still didn’t have the coffee so I called. The lady assured me she would have it ready and to come in the store. No big deal, it happens. I drove back, came in and had to wait in a pretty long line because the pick up area was closed off due to Covid. Again, not that big of a deal. By the time I had made it to the front, I was told by the lady on the phone that she was making it. Well, after the store had literally emptied of all people but me she then asked me again what kind of coffee I had ordered. I was told that I could just come in and grab it beforehand. So now I was becoming more upset. She put the coffee down rudely and I left. I called right after I got out of the store because I had to get home and get my kids breakfast, and she was absolutely rude on the phone. She’s the shift lead. Instead of asking me what I think she’s supposed to do, she could have apologized since I didn’t get one of those the entire time. I left my name and number for the manager but I will be...
Read moreI go here every day before work because it's the only dunkin donuts near my house. I don't know who put 5 stars for this place but I will say those ratings are not accurate at all. I order a carmel coffee every morning and usually a donut. I hardly ever recieve carmel or sugar in my coffee even though it's on my reciept. About 1/2 the time the don't have the donut I like (toasted coconut) at 6a.m. I wait at the window for way too long just for these items/to pay. The women there are lazy and do nothing but stand at the window gossiping EVERY MORNING. I see them more interested in talking than taking my debit card and they look to use the young men as their servants. Who ever the tattoo'ed kid is that works there is awesome! Everytime I see him, I know my order will be CORRECT and fast. He's also very friendly. When I only see the fat women I know everything is going to be jacked up. I love dunkin donuts but this is far the worst i've ever been to and I hope it changes soon because I'm about to take my daily route before work to McDonalds! Again today my coffe has no sugar or carmel... its gross as i sit at work trying to put it down. Dunkin donuts coffee is too expensive for this terrible service. Also, it's been a daily battle. Not just an instance where my order got messed up, it's a daily occurance so i finally got on here to complain. I hope the general manager see's this and makes...
