Dunkin' — Restaurant in Georgia

Upon placing an order via Uber Eats, I DID NOT GET WHAT I ORDERED. I ordered 1 dozen donuts; 3 Boston Cream, 2 Glazed, 2 Glazed Blueberry, 3 Jelly, 2 Strawberry Frosted w/ Sprinkles. Also ordered 25 Munchkins. Couldn’t ask for specific flavors w/ the Munchkins. Why would they not put what I ordered for the dozen donuts? What they did was more than likely gave me what they couldn’t sell. Due to the fact they put 2 Halloween donuts along w/1 chocolate covered donut, 1 plain chocolate donut & 1 plain donut w/ no toppings at all, 3 powdered donuts w/ white cream in it no jelly, 1 donut that looked like the Boston cream but instead of it being filled w/ Boston cream it was filled w/ that awful white cream, 3 glazed donuts. This was definitely not worth over the $35 I spent. Very disappointed. Be careful when ordering w/ these people for delivery. They’re not honest. When they could’ve just as easily called me or even texted me to inform me if they didn’t have what I originally ordered. Now I’m going there: Back in NY they give the customers what they order. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed. I miss NY for that reason. Down here has pluses & minuses. I haven’t seen not one iota of any type of southern hospitality. Tired of hearing that hospitality went out the window when New Yorkers moved down here. If that’s the case than Georgians need to step up & do better before New Yorkers take over Georgia to make customer service not only better, the food more flavorful, service faster, etc, etc. Yes I went there. This location is attached to a gas station with the Lobby opening into the gas station convince store. The Dunkin' and the gas station open at 5 AM. I arrived at 5:10am, and while the gas station was open the Dunkin' was still dark. I could see a lady counting the register, I inquired how long she would need to open, and was told 10-15 minutes. No problem, went out to my car played a game on my phone gave the lady 20 minutes! Came back inside at 5:30am and they turned there lights BACK OFF! Every morning I drive by this location around 5:10am-5:30am and very rarely is this location EVER open on time. But its not just in the morning... I have stopped by in the afternoons too on my way home and several times I have driven away from your drive-thru after waiting and receiving NO service. I have worked restaurants/retail most of my life, I know that St can happen that can cause workers to be behind/short staffed at times, but if your are turning your business lights back off 30 minutes after you where supposed to have already been open and serving people, or you don't even acknowledge the customers waiting for you in the drive-thru... This location needs to get its St together or hire new employees. I can't even tell you what the donuts or coffee is like at this location cause I have YET to even get to buy anything which...

I got 2 Boston cream donuts (the last 2, they should make more to last longer), and 1 Medium Frozen Caramel Cream Coffee.

The donuts are always good every time I have had them. 💖

The flavor for the frozen coffee is pretty good. The cinnamon sugar on the whip cream was gross only because it wasn't requested and doesn't taste like it belongs with the caramel coffee flavor. The whip cream is good, but without that cinnamon sugar sprinkled in it.

HOWEVER, I deducted a star because the drink itself is absurdly sweet....and that's coming from someone who loves sweets and has a huge sweet tooth. Coffee lovers drink coffee for not only for caffeine, but for the flavor. I don't use it for caffeine, so I was hoping I'd taste my coffee, taste some caramel to sweeten it, and have it be nice, frozen, and refreshing. But it was so sweet that I would describe the flavor as "dense", which might sound weird but it was densely sweet.....like if they did 1-2 pumps less of the caramel or whatever, it would've been perfect.

I'm gonna let mine melt so I can water it down some to dilute the sweetness. 😬 Because if I wanted my drink to be more of a coffee flavored dessert, rather than a dessert flavored coffee, I would've just gone somewhere else to get...
