Came in and ordered inside a couple of days ago around 1:00pm. Ordered a decaf, a regular coffee, a dozen donuts and 2 breakfast sandwiches. The first thing I did was ASK FOR EVEYTHING TO BE MADE FRESH. My decaf that had no sugar or cream in it because that is how I ordered it tasted burnt. So obviously they served me old coffee SMH. The sausage egg and cheese croissant was old, the croissant was hard and the whole sandwich was squished. My husband's power breakfast sandwich was old and what was supposed to be turkey sausage on his looked identical to the normal sausage that was on my sausage egg and cheese croissant. Are you kidding me? We didn't realize how horrible this food was until we were already driving home. This was our first time at this location in Grovetown. I am absolutely disgusted at the poor quality of the food and beverages we were served. Even after I asked for everything to be made fresh. Thats why we came in and ordered and didn't go through drive thru. The donuts were good and the cashier was nice, but the food is disgusting š And the fact that they just ignored my request for everything to be made fresh is ridiculous. When I entered the store no one was up-front, I waited for 3-5mins before one of the workers appeared.He offered no greeting, or any acknowledgement that I existed. He proceeded to fill the order he was working on and left the counter. I assumed he would have told someone there was a customer waiting but no. I waited 5 more minutes and it was not until another customer entered the store sounding the chime that a cashier appeared. She gave a loud sigh and proceeded to take my order. I understand the hardships that a lot of businesses are facing with staffing their stores. I understand the undue stress on employees trying to fill orders/work while dealing with the shortages. I thank everyone for continuing to try to do the best they can. That being said, regardless of the staffing situation or your frustration a simple greeting goes a long way. I'm not asking that you come out there faking an emotion you may not feel at that moment but simple communication can make all the difference with your customers. The employee told us to cancel the order in the app and reorder it at a different location. After doing so, we realized we never received reimbursement for the cancelled order. I contacted dunkin's customer service and received an email from corporate saying the franchisee wanted to handle this directly. The franchisee offered to reimburse the order, but said that I would have to come into the store to do so. They refused any compensation for the hassle of having to drive to a different store for my order or for having ti come in for the reimbursement. Additionally, the food quality at this store is subpar at best. Every egg item ordered is still cold when they hand it to you. Avoid this store...
