I visited this location on a Saturday and had a disappointing experience. While waiting in line, everything seemed fine, but when it was finally my turn, the cashier greeted me with a rather blunt "What can I get for you?" Her tone and lack of focus made the ordering process uncomfortable. As I tried to place my order politely, she kept glancing toward the drive-thru instead of paying attention to me. I ordered a large coffee with 3 creams (normally 4) and 2 Splendas, along with a frosted chocolate donut. After paying, I stepped aside with my receipt. The cashier placed the donut in a paper bag and started walking toward the drive-thru. She then suddenly turned back and looked around, only giving me the donut after I told her it was mine. Soon after, someone from behind the counter handed her a coffee that looked like mine. She again walked toward the drive-thru, even though there were no customers there. I reached out my hand, assuming it was my drink, but instead, she loudly shouted “Two Splenda!” while standing right in front of me. I softly told her it was mine, and she finally gave it to me. When I took a sip, I realized it was way too creamy—more like a cup of milk with a bit of coffee. I considered asking for a remake, but the awkwardness I felt from earlier made me decide to just keep it. Overall, the store felt chaotic, with several young staff members appearing distracted and disorganized. Whether it was due to the small size of the store or the weekend rush, the experience left me feeling unwelcome. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself returning to this location.

I went to the drive through today and the woman on the speaker greeted me with an abrupt “Dunkin” then I started to ask for a frozen Matcha Latte and she again abruptly interrupted me and said “No Frozen!”. I simply asked “why?” and she then yelled into the speaker that “THE MACHINE IS BROKEN!!” I was so appalled by the service here that I ended up driving away without purchasing anything. There are ways that you can tell your customers that the drink is not available without yelling at them and giving them attitude! If I was her supervisor, I would be so disappointed in her attitude and the way she treats their customers.

I’ve been coming here weekly for years with my family, and this place has really gone downhill in the past 6 months. My last visit I got a burnt, gross egg sandwich after waiting over 10 minutes in the drive-thru. The food quality and service keep getting worse, and now it looks like employees are posting fake 5-star reviews to boost the rating. Very disappointing for a store we used to love.

There is no way some of these reviews are legit. Friendly service?!?!

Wish I could give 0 stars, possibly the worst customer service of anywhere I've ever been to. I try to be nothing but friendly and order simple items. It's almost funny how much these guys hate their job. Almost. Look at any of the more recent reviews and you'll see what I mean.

I usually go in the afternoon so can only speak of that staff. I've given it quite a few chances over the last 2 years and not a single time was it pleasant. I try to be extremely friendly, and they act like you are inconveniencing them. Every time. Take today, the drive through was broken (not uncommon) and you had to pull to the window...I literally pull up, the guy opens the window and just stares at me. I waited maybe 3-4 seconds to see if I'd get ANY kind of "what can I get you?" Even just a "what?" No, he just stared at me till I ordered. Literally the ONLY words he said to me the entire time was the cost. This is basically every time I've been here the last 2 years.

Like, really man?

And I cannot echo the sentiments enough of people saying they are ALWAYS out of something...when they aren't.

Why 0 stars instead of 1? Once I got coffee from the drive through, tried getting a single chocolate frosted cake donut, but like literally almost every single time I go, he says they are out. The same guy by the way, every time. This was 'one of' the times he didn't give me a straw. So I park, go inside to ask for one...literally at least 5 chocolate frosted cake. "Oh you meant those."

Really man?

I give up, I won't ever be going back, it's just not worth it. I can't believe how long this guy has worked here.

I will say, one time I did go inside to order, and like another reviewer, it was 'slightly' better. Another employee acknowledged me, made a friendly joke, we laughed, and didn't make me feel like an a**...but then the other guy came to the register and, guess what he did....stared at me.

Ok rant over :D There's a pretty good doughnut place down the road, across the street from...

I decide to cash in 500 reward points which takes a long time to accrue and get wow just one cold brew iced coffee. OK whatever so I’m in the drive-through. I placed the order and I note that the line is not moving at all, it is very slow, as I’m waiting I’m still in front of the order screen in over the course of maybe 5 to 10 minutes. I’m asked for my order again by the same group of employees I repeat I’ve already ordered. They can’t hear me so I roll up my window and just ignore that now , when I get to the window to pay with my reward code ready to be scanned they tell me that they just ran out of cold brew and I said well I already redeemed this reward so they offered me a regular iced coffee which is cheaper… so I ask could I get a free donut or a free muffin and the lady just gave me a flat no Just what an awful experience you work so hard to earn a reward you commit so much time and money going to this establishment and then when it’s time to reap the benefit, it’s like a big middle finger is what I get. I will never be back at this location ever again , good riddance buyer beware do not spend any of your hard earned money at this place … by the way , HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF COFFEE?!? Piss poor mgmt and piss poor planning and piss poor execution and piss poor customer service. The people working there are absolutely clueless and it’s mind boggling how this is tolerated by other patrons bc I’m sure I’m not the only one that...
