I went to this location on yesterday morning to order my French vanilla frozen coffee and the lady at the window could not make out what I was saying after telling her 3x.....So I told her not to worry about it, just cancel the order. At that time this extremely rude individual proceeds to start yelling at me to the point she's speaking in Spanish which I had absolutely no idea what she was saying other than "BYE" I drove around to the window since I couldn't back out and once the lady whom spoke hostile to me in the blue shirt realized I stop at the window of course she wouldn't open the window for me to kindly ask her to help me understand why did she speak to me in that tone/manner....Sooo now I have to go inside but of course the cowardly little lady would not even look at me. The guy at the register spoke with me and was also very apologetic even offered me donuts but at this point I'm disgusted ONLY because I'm always kind to people and to have to experience such unprofessionalism & hostility just for changing my mind about a frozen coffee was totally disturbing & unacceptable. I ordered egg n cheese croissant, hash brown, americano with single expresso shot and 10ct munchkins. When I came to window she gave me some expresso with milk and sugar, egg and cheese croissant, hash browns but no munchkins. When I asked her I ordered americano and munchkins so she started arguing no you ordered expresso with cream and sugar and completely ignored munchkins.
