I went in to order two gift cards and a 50 count of munchkins. I was behind a gentleman who was already ordering. There was a young lady with glasses and two buns who was being very cold toward him. Since I came in after he had already started his order, I had no way of knowing how he might have been acting before I arrived.
When it was my turn, I asked for the gift cards and the munchkins. She never smiled and acted as if I was bothering her. She caught an attitude when she asked if I wanted assorted and I said no. I initially said, "Yes, I’d like 30 glazed and..." but she didn’t let me finish. She cut me off and very rudely said, "I can't give you 30." She didn’t offer any explanation, so I assumed she couldn’t break them down that way. I then asked for 50 glazed instead. She smirked, let out a long sigh, and said, "I said I can't give you 30 or 50."
I walked over to the glass case and saw two full trays of glazed munchkins. I asked why I couldn’t have them, and she didn’t respond. Instead, she turned around and harshly told another worker—I'm not sure if it was the shift lead or someone else—that I wanted 50 munchkins. I overheard the other worker saying, “Well, how many do we have? We don’t make those.” The young lady then replied, “Just give it to her.”
She turned back around and asked how much I wanted on the gift cards. I answered without hesitation. She immediately and very rudely told another worker, “Can you just finish this customer? Get her.” A young lady who was clearly working the drive-thru came over and completed my order without any issues.
I never got rude, loud, or disrespectful. But imagine if I had reacted to her horrible behavior; it would have looked like I was in the wrong. It was 8 in the morning, and there was no excuse for that attitude. None at all.
From what I’ve seen in other Google reviews, this employee clearly should not be working in the front with customers. And to make matters worse, I didn’t even receive 50 munchkins. Yes, I counted. She packed them far too quickly, and I know she shorted me on purpose. There were only around 35 and they were refrigerator cold. It was Friday morning. The munchkins will get sold regardless. I have no idea what they were trying to hold on to.

Despite facing challenges like limited resources and missing materials to prepare specific food items, the team went above and beyond to ensure my visit was nothing short of exceptional.
The employee behind the counter deserves the highest praise for their outstanding effort and genuine care. They patiently worked with me to find alternatives when my app order couldn't be fulfilled exactly as planned, all while maintaining a positive attitude and a can-do spirit. Their dedication to providing top-notch service was evident in every interaction, and it truly made my day.
I also want to give a special shout-out to the employee who was meticulously cleaning the floors during my visit. While the restaurant already appeared spotless, they were diligently attending to even the smallest, most unnoticeable details. Their commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment did not go unnoticed and speaks volumes about the pride this team takes in their work.
This Dunkin' Donuts location is clearly doing everything they can to provide the best experience possible, even when resources are limited. Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would! On 5/6/25 @ 10:19am, I used the drive-thru to order 10 regular/classic munchkins and a sweet tea. The individual taking orders on the headset thought it was "cute" to argue with me on the flavor of munchkins I was trying to order. I asked for the classic flavor, he proceeded to ask me, "What is that?" Shocking, but then I explained the regular glaze. The young man then stated we don't have that either. Disappointed, I then asked what flavors did they have; they actually had the original glaze that I was asking for, but since I wasn't using the technical name, the young man wanted to argue with me as if I knew all the products technical names that Dunkin serves. Once that died down, then I asked for an egg & cheese croissant. At 10:19am in the morning, he told me there was a hold on ALL HOT ITEMS until further notice. At this point, if I could have driven off, I would have. However, I paid for the order and to my dismay, as I'm finally heading to my destination, which was an hour away, my sweet tea is unsweetened. NOW!!! I'm livid because I feel it was done intentionally. I've been calling the store since that day and no one has answered the phone. This location ALWAYS has something going on and out of the main items.
