If I could do zero stars I would. First we did a door Dash pick up order upon arriving and walking in they asked if we had a door Dash order we said yes they proceeded to hand us a bag without confirming it was even ours. We looked it wasn't the same name so it wasn't our order and told them it wasn't. They then began to tell us that has to be our order because my actual order someone else came in five minutes before us and got our order so our order was already picked up which is impossible we're not even from Atlanta we are from California. They proceeded to lie saying our order was THE EXACT SAME DOWN TO THE DRINK ORDERS, that our names were EXACT same. But they bag they handed me had no sandwiches or drinks? I call bull my last name is not even common with conjunction with my first name not being spelled commonly. We saw the name of the bag they try to hand us yes we had the exact same first letter in our name which is a K but our names were not the same in anyway her name was Kun (something) mine is Kai...so how? Reading is very important learn it. Granted they only placed last initials of our last names so we both had a T as our last name. The lady who took our order took all our drinks which had specific details to them as well as sandwich orders and a 50 count doughnut. The bag the lady took only had a 50 count donut no drinks added. We even showed them a receipt. After the manager came in and they proceeded to talk to us basically trying to tell us the order was already picked up they finally agreed to make us a new order after arguing with us. Horrible customer service how do you just hand someone a bag without confirming it's their order to begin with? They basically handed out a larger order to someone else and they took it gladly apparently because they got more food and drinks and what they originally ordered. We did a pick up order to save time but we ended up being there an extra 30 minutes. This was horrible for us because we already have a big party planned today for our daughter today and had our four month old twins waiting in the car with my mother. The only POSITIVE that came out of this was from the DoorDash company upon me calling while I was there they were able to confirm they handed off our meal to someone else without even verifying, they refunded our meal fully. This Dunkin lost out on some money today basically handing out free food to anyone. Hopefully the manager and her staff learned some manners as to not argue with your customers who are clearly in the right showing you their receipt showing it's not picked up and learned anyone who picks up their order needs to confirm it's theirs with the recipe on their phone. Will never come to this dunkin again. I hope those two women...
Read moreI just left the drive through. I asked for my usual large, iced coffee with two creams, and three pumps of caramel three pumps of French vanilla. When I got to the window. The girl did not know what my order was and then she came back with a medium cup filled with ice to the top. I said is that supposed to be mine and she said yes I said I asked for a large iced coffee with less ice. She came back with a cup that looked like “Iced Creamer” I asked her if they had two creams in it and she said yes. I was like it never looks like that other locations. It’s usually darker than that. She told me to taste it, but I said that’s OK because I had to get to an appointment off of Camp Creek. When I was up the street at a light, I put the straw in my cup and tasted it, and it tasted so disgusting. It just taste like some old cream. No coffee flavor at all!! I cannot get a hold of nobody. I called the two numbers on the receipt and the number off-line and nobody answers the phone but I did leave a message with the alleged store number. I will be leaving another message with the management. I am also about to go back to them when I leave this appointment to request a refund. I left the straw in the cup. Usually when someone put a lot of ice in a cup and pour the hot coffee in it, it will melt the ice and still have a coffee color, but in this case there’s not hardly any ice in the cup yet the color of the so-called coffee is super light. I will be letting you know what the result of me going back to the store. I have a receipt and the items. Out of my history of going to Dunkin’ Donuts over the past few years this is the worst one on the south side and the worst in general…. So , I went back to the store, and the girl that fixed my drink act like she What was going on but a lady that was the manager saw my drink in new instantly that there was no coffee or espresso in it at all it was only Creamer and ice!! Read moreI visited this location for the first time on Thursday morning, on my way to work. The customer service was HORRIFIC, to say the least. The cashier/ Manager, Christinah was the worse of all. I ordered a.dozen of assorted donuts, was taken back when she handed me a box of donuts that was already made up. I went to the near by table to see what was in the box and was devastated of what was it in. It was a box of assortment donuts with sprinkles on ALL of them except 1, no plain donuts. I would have NEVER ordered what was given to me. Long story short the VERY NICE young lady, had on a tie dye type sweat shirt, that helped to get what I wanted was very helpful. Christinah got very upset with the worker and me and after an argument started between, Christinah and I, she proceeded to call me IGNORANT. Now this is a Manager! She then invited me to come behind the counter to fight. It does not surprise me of what I'm reading on the reviews because I experienced it first hand. During the argument the lobby was full and not treating how she talking to her employees. I will NEVER patronize this location ever again. Christinah need to terminated! I have contact the Corporate office and have sent in an email to the owner! 4/22/2021- UPDATE- TO DATE NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME BACK CONCERNING THIS COMPLAINT.
