Fletcher's Place — Restaurant in Georgia

The good and the only reason for 1 star- DJ Lady Divine. I'm never going back to Fletchers but the music she played during the 30 minutes I wasted in there was good. One waitress tried to be accommodating but I could tell she had no authority to make decisions related to customer issues. She did what she had to do...get the horrible attitude, horrible customer service lady manager/cook/whatever she was. I ordered a porkchop sandwich and fried mushrooms directly from the restaurant via their website. I had a 15 to 30 min pickup window. I get there and am told, "we don't have no porkchops". The "manager's" attitude was horrible as if it was my fault. I just said I wanted a refund. She tells me they can't give me a refund.....for some %#@$ they didn't have? Mind you, I already paid 25.00 online including a tip. She tells me I have to download some app called SLICE and contact them to get my money back because SLICE only pays them once a month. What does that have to do with me? I didn't order from SLICE and as a matter of fact I've never even heard of it. She acted like I should have known. I protested leaving without my money back and having to download an app I know nothing about and ultimately left. If Fletcher's uses SLICE and they were out of a product ordered, it seems logical to me for them to contact SLICE and let them know the issue so they can contact the customer if a refund has to go through them. A few customers were there which said to me they were taking some forms of payment. How do you not offer a person a refund for something you were out of? No worries, I'll NEVER go back and will NEVER recommend this place. Another thing was, I could hardly breathe with the marijuana smell that I'm sure everyone including me got a contact high from. Totally disappointed. Business owners....managers and employees are the faces of your business, especially when you aren't around. Vet them better. Teach/Train them how to treat the people who patronize your business. I'm loyal to businesses who make me feel like a valued customer. People can go anywhere and spend their money. That's exactly what I'll be doing; going some place else. Last thing; get rid of that...

so 1 of my bff... decided to take me to dinner...

my bff got here at 556p. she called me and asked what i wanted to drink.... i arrived at 608p to no drink .. but my bff said the waitress was coming back..... table was dirty, so she was coming back to wipe off the table...and every time she came, she was missing something...(joked about he previous statement to another coworker.. she wasnt suposed to b there) ....wiped table with a wet towel.... nothing to wipe the moisture with...so she had to come back......she ( the waitress) had already said she she wasn't gone to come to work... so once we ordered, it took at least 30 mins to get our drinks....we then still waited.(this cancer is boiling... the Geminiis the calm one) .... and when she finally came back, she said they were short staffed.. I have been coming here for at least 5 years..

got here at 6p... ordered.... drinks came 1st round... after waiting to order we not going talk about the drinks.

we ordered salmon Philly with onion rings (homemade) .... lasagna with Ceasars salad and bread....

7p... the salmon philly (only the sandwich) came 706p the lasagna (only)

we asked the server where everything else was she said that when they put stuff up in the window, they bring it out... no matter what if it was ordered together..... we then asked the server for a manager she said they didn't have a manager on staff .... so finally a young lady came (kk)....took my salmon philly back.... and brought me back

Growing up in the Dekalb County, Fletchers used to be the go to spot. Many great memories eating here as a child and even as an adult up until recently. The last couple of visits have been horrible... It’s just not the same. The customer service is HORRIBLE...went there Saturday... I’ve been calling myself eating healthy but this particular day I wanted to have a cheat meal and I wanted some good ole wings... Fletchers ruined my cheat meal lol smh... I called in my order and they told me it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I actually gave them about 20 minutes before I went in to pick up my food. Got in there and nobody knew where my food was. I had to wait 20 MORE minutes to get my food. Once I finally got it, they had only given me a handful of fries... wings small as ever(I can post pics)... I asked for more fries. They did give me more fries but it took 20 MORE minutes for the fries to come out. Of course my wings were cold by then smh..Waitress didn’t say anything like “sorry for your wait” or anything like that. Just handed me the fries and walked off. while I’m sitting there, another guy comes in upset because he called in to order and they put him on hold. He drove from panola rd while on hold and still was on hold by the time he walked into the restaurant lol smh... I hope somehow they can get it together. I should’ve just went to the wing place by the old checkers like I initially was thinking to do. At least I would’ve got fresh wings and a tray...
