Taco Bell — Restaurant in Georgia

Horrible experience in Drive-Thru window around 9:28pm. The young lady that was in the window was extremely rude to me. I asked her what’s for desert tonight? “Not all Taco Bell’s have everything at night” she responded “if you look at the menu, you will see but whatever” her exact words. I was vivid, so I cancelled my ordered and went inside the store. I wanted to see who was rude to me. Because if she didn’t want to come to work, she should’ve stayed home. And I told her that exact thing. And the white guy that was in the front that was talking to her and not working…. “Sir I need for you to leave before I call the police” sir nothing was escalated. I guess he was acting tough in front of the girl. I don’t know but he was also rude to me for no reason. The black female manager finally came to the front and I explained to her what type of worker she has in her drive thru window and she apologized. And I also mentioned to her that I will be contacting corporate and leaving a review on my visit. I will never come to this TACO BELL EVERYTHING AGAIN. Horrible staff! Stopped in on the way home. Went inside because I wanted to ask a question about a menu item, and it's just easier than using that horrible speaker in the drive-thru. There was no one waiting in line, so I went to the only register where a lady stood behind it. She said something in what sounded like a foreign language, but I started to ask my question anyway. She repeated her unintelligible comment with a smile, and motioned with her hand for me to go to the other register, which seemed to be a pickup area. A customer came up to get some condiments and told me she was a trainee. LOL Ok, so I stood at the other register that no one was working, while a man (could have been the manager) worked feverishly filling to-go orders and getting orders for people waiting inside. He never said one word to me. Still I waited patiently....until I didn't! After 10 minutes of standing there like a fixture in the place, I threw up my hands and said (to no one in particular), forget it! And I left. Worst service, or in this case non...

I was this TB location on August 23 for dinner. I ordered my food and it took for 20 minutes for my food to arrive. So I went up the front and told the manger/employee how long is the food is going to talk. I been waiting for 20 minutes and she had the audacity to say this "if the food is on the counter then it is supposed to ready". I told another employee what is the woman's name that was being mean to me. She comes in a way rude way and she disrespected me. And she said this “if you have a problem with it, come and talk to me". It was just an overall fight between me and the employee. She said that I was being disrespected to her, but in actually she was being disrespectful to me when she disrespected and yelled at me. If the food is going to take for 20 minutes, at least have some decency with your customers. I know you guys have a lot of orders, but at least treat your customers with the most upmost respect. I will never come back again until there is new employees and...
