Fuse Frozen Co. — Restaurant in Georgia

Womp womp 😒 visited Jekyll Island on our trip to Saint Simons Island and saw a Fuse location but they didn’t have the warm bottom - so we set off back to the hotel as we saw this location had advertised the warm bottom.

First, they’re not available until “about after 2pm” - not sure why. Second, as we went to go get the froyo 🍦 customers ahead of us complained that they self serve was really runny for every flavor.

To which the cashier girl replied “oh yea, they’re acting really wonky right now, I told the manager about it and they told me what to do to fix it, but they’re still not working 🤷🏽‍♀️ “

😅 I couldn’t help but chuckle because she was going to let us try to serve ourselves only to find out they’re runny and melted 👀

Well, we were excited to try it but, maybe on our next trip it...

We were very disturbed by the fact that the employee working there approached us with several of the little same cups and he said "what would you like to try and of course my husband says can I not get my own to which said employee says " it is our policy to get it for you.... Well let me tell you that did not go over very well with my husband... He refused to buy any but meanwhile at least 6 other customers came in and took a cup and got their own samples. Myhusbamd ask himabout that and he says "well i knew them" WTH!!! THIS WAS WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS!! Yogurt was good customer...
